I've still gotta do state of the demon, but I'm planning on making that more of a plot point for his development, when we encounter the bijuu

It's a mono-elemental clan (i.e. the members only get one element), who's techniques derive from calculation. Essentially, in foreign lands, they've been called sorcerers. Here, they're the only people academically intelligent enough to give a Nara a run for their money. xD

It's not like one element makes them weak, there's so many powerful jutsu in any one element anyway.

Kururu- The problem is everyone's tied up in the office. I didn't think it'd drag on this long. I'd love to have everyone go out on missions just so I could have time to plans things for myself. Why do you actually take some missions though since you're free? o .o
