The seventh gate puts you at eight times norm, then the final jutsu in the Tame Za Kyokudo style tacks on another three and tada Eleven times normal human movement ^.^

DC; If you were to look into the combinations of techniques, you'd be able to do s**t like that, too.
It's like how I've developed my monk from a total joke with ninja tools, into a near unmissable distance fighter.
