So Nei, I have done some experimenting regarding exercise. I don't know why, but I'm finding I tend to get better results when I lift weights and do only 30 minutes on the treadmill.
I did try cutting back on the weights (doing mainly abdominal and just very few arms) and increasing aerobic time to 1 hour. It isn't working as well for me so I am switching back to my old regiment.

I just find it hard to stick with it. Something will happen in my life I need to pay attention too and then I have trouble getting back into the routine again. stressed

I don't go when it's raining or on the weekends. On the weekend every body goes so there isn't any free machines and when it's raining, well you know.
