There was that beautiful, warm light again. He gave pause, wanting to drift towards it and let its warmth engulf him. He groaned and forced himself away from it, tunneling down in to the blackness.

Roll response: 3. You approach what appears to be the path, but as you swim forward, it is evident that there is a giant whirlpool and you're in danger of being sucked in! -3 points
After ignoring the light again, Camlann swam back to what he thought to be the path. It was the beginnings of another whirlpool instead of the path he needed. Wonderful.

He managed to escape the whirlpool and ventured back on to what he thought to be the actual path this time. He was pleasantly surprised to see another treasure map on the path in its casing. He carefully stowed it on his person and made a note to see if he could trade it for some sort of valuable later.

Roll response: 9. While traveling through a crevasse, you have to flee from an undersea avalanche triggered by a small earthquake. -1 point
The path he was on led to a crevasse and he eyed the edges above him warily. This seemed like a terrible place to be should anything happen. Then something did happen -- an earthquake. With quick thinking and instincts, the stallion quickly swam out from the crevasse's walls to avoid being crushed underneath the rocks that tumbled down in to the gorge.

After escaping the near death experience of the crevasse, he just had to get caught in another fishing net. He grumbled and cursed as he used his sword to free himself from the netting's hold.

How many whirlpools would he find today? He had gotten nearly sucked into two already that swimming out of this third one hardly seemed a challenge, though it was an irritation.

After swimming out of the third whirlpool, Camlann swam right into a kelp jungle from being disoriented. He cursed as he realized he was lost and had no way of finding his way through it. Instead, he turned around and cut his way out with his sword.
