She let him take her bag and sat there. Of course she held her head in her hands. After maybe ten minutes or so she stood up. Though she groaned quietly as she felt blisters forming on her feet. The uneven ground was working on her feet through the boots; and making them tender. Of course she was using the wall to help herself to stand up. As she tried not to cuss."Bag please, Grim.
", she said.

He looked at her as she got up and could tell she was hurting both physically and mentally. He handed her the bag but before she could take it he held on to it. " If it get to heavy or you want a break from caring it just tell me. Okay?" After he said that he released the bag. He did not want to give it back to her but he did not want to upset her either.

She nodded and looked at him,"Okay I will Grim.", she said. Though she kept the smaller bag with the potions on her side. Now she started to carry this bag on her back and sighed. As they walked she felt her energy drain. But she would keep going until Grim noticing how she was feeling. Or them leaving the tunnel and going to find the one horse for them to ride.

He continued to walk for a little while longer before turning to check on her. When he saw her starting to get tried again he picked her up and cared her for a bit. " We are almost there so I help you the rest of the way." It wasn't to long after that they came out of the tunnel. Seeing the horse he put her on then got on behind her and took the reins. " Lets ride." Getting the horse to move he took them away from here.

She was about to lean against a wall when he picked her up. Of course she was to tired and shocked to argue. Once he got her on the horse she held onto it's mane. With him behind her, she started to doze off after a couple of miles.

He let her sleep as they rode away. Once he found a good place to rest he stopped the horse. Slowly and carefully he got her off the horse and placed her down not wanting to wake. He let her rest as much as she could never leaving her side and keeping watch over her as she slept.

She slept for most of the ride. And part way through the night she woke up to find her hand on his. A tired and dry groan left her lips. "Drink, please." She mumbled as she tried to sit up. Of course she was not thinking about taking her potion yet.

Helping her to sit up he reach over and gave her his water pouch. " Here drink it slowly. We need to be quiet. There is no telling what is out here. You may not like it but please try to listen to me for a while now that we are out side the castle wall. We need to find a safe place to hide in the morning." He turned to her and tried to have a calm tone to his voice. " For now rest some more. You will need your strength."

She tiredly nodded and let him help her sit up. Now she drank slowly and winced. Once the water pouch was lowered from her lips, she nodded. Of course she slowly laid back down. Only to put her hand on his as she started to doze off again. "Grim, thank you." she mumbled tiredly.

He turned his hand over so he could hold hers. " Thank me once I get you to safety and away from here." Once she dozed off he went back to watching their surroundings. Looking around to make sure they were not going to be attacked. He stayed up all night and when the sun came up he waited for her to wake up.

She woke up after the sun started to raise. Now she sat up and started to rub her neck a bit. Of course she was looking at Grim. Her eyes seemed to partly change over night. There was minor differences but what he noticed was. That the innocence of the world was gone. "Eat then ride?", she asked him quietly.

Sighing when he saw the change in her eyes he got up. " Okay but we need to ration our food so for a while we should eat berries." Luckily there were some bushes that he knew had berries that they could eat. Once they finished eating he got on the horse in the same position as before and began to ride off.

She just nodded and ate her half of the berries. When he helped her up on the horse she gently patted the bag with potions in it. Of course she actually stayed awake during most of the ride this time. She was trying not to think about her home kingdom. So instead she thought about when they had spent their time together, cuddling with him and kissing.

Her feet had blisters, she was getting saddle sores already. So she was a bit cranky. But who could blame her? Of course she wondered what she'd look like after the potion. Though she was hoping that it would take only a day and not two, to transform.

He rode to a place he knew they would be somewhat safe for now. After that he had an idea were they would be completely safe unless they were followed. Which he made sure they weren't. Noticing that she was getting cranky he tried to calm her down. " We should be getting close to a couple of....Friends place were I think we should be safe." When they got to their destination it was a pub in a local city. It was pretty run down but was still kept in a workable condition. Getting her down and then himself he gave her a cloak he had in his bag. " Here put this on and don't let anyone see your face." Then he grabbed a scar and wrapped it around his face.

She grumbled a bit once she got off the horse with his help. She put the cloak on and watched him put his scarf on. Of course she made sure to keep her potion bag on under the cloak. "Sorry, it's just blisters and saddle sores are getting to me..." She mumbled to him. Of course she had the cloak pulled up to hide her face. Now she walked in with him and said nothing.
