She wasn't sure if he would and happily followed him.

Once at the house and opened the door and waited for her to enter before following her in. "It's not much to look at, but it does have quite a bit of space." He said, walking around a small entry room that had stairs on one side and two doorways that lead to various parts of the house.

She walked in and looked around. "I think it might actually be one of the bigger homes I've ever been in." She gave a half hearted laugh.

"It's one of the bigger homes in the village, that's for sure. Through there is the kitchen and dining room, and the other door has a den and a study. Upstairs are three bedrooms. One master and two that are just barely smaller."

"Can I see the kitchen?" She asked a little weary of the upstairs, but she wasn't totally sure why.

"Knock yourself out." He nodded, walking into a spacious kitchen that had two walls lined with cupboards and counters. There were a few nick-nacks here and their but besides a few dishes it was otherwise empty. In the room connecting to it a large dinner table could be seen, surrounded by chairs.

She took everything in. It was like a dream. She thought of her mother at the sight of it. Her mother would die for something half this size. Back home they bare have anything to be considered a kitchen. She ran her hand along the counter as she walked through it. "I see why you invited me to stay here. So much space of one person. Its built for a large family."

He nodded leaning against the counter as he watched her. "It is. There was me, my parents and my sister. And we often had guests over for one reason or another so we had to have the room to accommodate them.

"Hmm..." She soon had taken in the room and was looking back at him.

She shook her head and crossed the room back to him. She paused only a moment before wrapping her arms around him.

He blinked, a little surprised by the action but didn't hesitate to put his arms around her and give her a warm smile. "Everything okay?"

She nodded into his chest. Not sure what to say, she just had this feeling that she should hug him.

He wasn't quite sure what was up with her, but he felt happy. Not just for having her their, but for the first time in a long time he wasn't the only one in the house. He knew the feeling wouldn't last very long, but he was grateful to her for it anyways. Even if she didn't know it.
