Black eyes narrowed, "Would you rather I be a woman?" the kodama asked darkly. "If I were, would you try to seduce me in some effort to buy time?" he laughed, before pulling back. "I'll take the damn diary, but you had better not let Sayori catch up with me... the girl's batshit crazy."
Turning, Umeda went about looked over the bones again, trying to find the proper ones he needed... and corpses.
"So you're a kitsune?" the kodama asked, realizing that this demon did have a tendency to align itself with fire magics.
A very dangerous adversary for a nature spirit.
Noe's immediate instinct was NOT to trust this kitsune... after all, their kind were tricksters...
"I can leave of my own accord." Umeda spoke as he found the proper bones and the corpses.
Instead of carrying them with him however, the kodama created a fierce wind. After about five minutes, the corpses and bones had been reduced, thanks to the razor sharpness of the wind itself, to dust.
Dust that the spirit quickly collected into a pouch that he hid back in his right kimono sleeve.
"I don't trust spirits who ally themselves with fire. Call it a paranoia, but I'd rather not be burned alive." his dark eyes narrowed. "Again..."
Besides, all he had to do was turn into his spirit form and then pass through the ceiling and ride the winds.
Simple.
After all, there was no one to stop him now...

(((OOC: But... I didn't get to fight.... you just kinda fought then pulled Umeda around. Can we pretend that fight never happened and just back up? It's no fun for me if the big action happens and I don't get to RP in it. Besides, one sided fights are boring... Plus, you can't really say Umeda is injured or out of energy or anything like that because he's my character... I mean yeah, I planned on him running out of energy but I kinda wanted to have him DO something to burn it out... So... can we start over from my last post and do a proper fight instead of you just writing the whole fight start to finish?)))

In the mansion, the kodama is being reckless.
True that the fox is good at tricks and lies. But they can be a loyal and trustworthy creature as well when it is to protect it's master.
Furthermore, there is no way Umeda can get out from this mansion that easily.
Maybe there is no one can stop Umeda from trying to pass through the ceiling and ride away with winds.
However Yon is not just simply anyone. He is still a kitsune, even with eight tails.
"If I want to burn you alive, I would have did it before we talk. You are just a dying, pathetic spirit. For Izanagi's sake...Save your last breathe for something more important and meaningful to yourself." The kitsune growls softly.
They can still get out of this chamber if Umeda is willing to let Yon to give him a ride.
The kitsune does not want to hurt Sayori and he is sure Sayori will not want to fight against him too.
The descendant is waiting for the kodama outside Seimeijinja, with the guardians of Sayori.
He sat on the stairs few steps away from the entrance of the temple, staring at the direction where Umeda disappeared into.
Izanagi is worry. Although he is not sure how it is function in the Tamiya mansion anymore since he never go back after the person left him, but he can assure things won't be as easy as Umeda thought.
Especially things are under controlled by the most powerful shaman in the family--Sayori.
Not even their grandmother can do anything about it...because none of them can overpower the young lady.
Besides, Umeda is using some more of his energy again.
After that much energy the kodama used to save Izanagi and the spell they had done last night, Izanagi know Umeda need just more than one day's time to recover his full strength.
It can't be good if the kodama got into a fight with his cousins and elders.
"Are you worrying about the kodama, Izanagi-sama?" A girl's voice pull him out from deep thought. It was Hayano.
"...Ah, sou. I hope that reckless kodama didn't get into any trouble. He doesn't even know the purify barrier of this temple would kill you both when he leave. And he didn't ask me or you two a safer way to get into the mansion. With only that much energy, I wonder if he can come back before sunset...Or I'll have to go back to that place. That sad place... " Izanagi said with a sour expression appeared in the end.
Asuka doesn't seem like to worry much about the kodama, her partner or Izanagi.
But she heard the conversation between the descendant and Hayano. She thinks that sour mood doesn't fit on Izanagi's face. Looking around the area nearby, she found something to cheer him up. "Nehhh!!! Mitte, there is a rat on the tree." She point at the animal.
The two turned back their head to see the animal Asuka is pointing at. "That...is not a rat Asuka. Is a squirrel. " Hayano tell her partner.
How embarassing. Of course Asuka know that is a squirrel. She was just trying to create a joke.
It wasn't a very funny one but she made Izanagi smiled.
At this moment, a mild wind started to blow. A sense of danger immediately detected by Izanagi.
... ...
The wind stopped...Out there the temple comes an awful scream.
It has alerted the priests to check what is going on.
The result is horrible and terrifying. Blood trickling down from the stairs. A dead man's body was found right at the entrance.
Upper and lower body has been separated perfectly. Like it was cut by some very sharp blade.
He is obviously not Izanagi...If that isn't the descendant, then where can he be?

Dark eyes narrowed as Umeda watched the kitsune for a long moment. "If you think me pathetic, go ahead. I don't need a kitsune protecting me."
His body changed into something incorporeal and he floating into the sky. "Give my regards to the creepy b***h." the kodama teased with a salute, before drifting up into the ceiling.
He had no intention of staying in that place any longer than needed...
