Personality: Due to heavy experiments at birth to now Kasuna's personality as spilt into three different persona's. Kasuna is what one would say or anyone would say very kind. She hate's violence and strays away from it as best as she can. She's a hyperactive child at best ether it being by speech as most have a hard time keeping her quite or sitting still in one place for too long. With such a carefree personality most people would think its hard for her to feel down about situations. In truth they would be right. Its hard for Kasuna to get upset unless under stressful moments which build up into Setsuna.
Setsuna is rather different than the other two. She holds all the pain of depression and sadness that Kasuna builds up over time. She prefers to be left alone to the point where she will hide from others. Setsuna is extremely sensitive to others words. She's quite to the point that it feels like her voice is gone. She wears a clown like mask to hide her face from everyone except a few times when her brother is around. She freaks out when people take her mask off or touch it.
Rubi the foul mouth of the three. She is somewhat insane thriving for battle's. Life means nothing to her they could be infants for all she cared everyone must share the same pain. Rubi has a habit of ether speaking in riddles or telling jokes that leaves people to question how much sanity is left of such a person. A failed task over number of levels. Ether the test subjects died at early age or they would malfunction. The director Kazuki Senju found out his older daughter was dying from a illness. He took what good parts of her body that had not been infected and one of his own parts placing them in a newly developed infant. A month passed as his child was gone soon came after new life. Kasuna a clone of his beloved daughter and himself was born. The clone remained in the laboratory growing up for test. When she turned four she began showing displays of different personalities that didn't ether recognize the team or her own father and dear brother half the time. The two persona's refused the name Kasuna and wanted other names thus came Setsuna and Rubi. At times Kazuki would lock the girl up when Rubi appeared due to how danger's she could be. Feeling like it would be good for Kasuna to meet friends he allowed her to join Konoha's academy at the age of six under heavy watch. On her seventh birthday Kasuna panicked when a few older girls and boys bullied her with words and pushes, A rock was tossed at her which broke the finally straw. Flipping out from the pain Rubi emerged. She beat all twelve children to the point where they were hospitalized for two weeks. Due to this the girl was locked away to receive private teaching. After a few month Kasuna passed and was allowed to visit a few places outside the laboratory.
Setsuna Persona two aka Setsuna developed shortly after Kasuna turned 4. She spent most of the time alone from others around the lab often hiding for hours before getting caught and placed in her room. While during the time of growing up Setsuna began placing a mask on which was given to her by one of the workers later on her Brother gave her a new mask which she uses to this day. They were the only two she cared mostly about enough to talk with besides her suppose to be father whom she cared little of.
Rubi Persona three aka Rubi developed the same time Setsuna did although slightly after a experiencing Kasuna dealt with pain from a few test. She nearly killed the two workers with the very needle they used to stick her with. Causing her to get locked up for several days until she was back to Kasuna. She was rescued by her brother and the two traveled to Otogakure.

Anxious, paranoid, and cynical; she is truly a different person. She believes herself to be lifeless, and she has trouble remembering things that happened before her death. She's a lost soul, and is almost ghostlike. With the deterioration of her mental state came a multitude of ticks; not only do repetitive noises ( like tapping fingers or feet, dripping water, popcorn popping ) make her anxious and irritable, but she can't stand odd noises either. Her parents, however, were poor and didn't know if their daughter could survive traveling in the approaching winter so they left her with nearby family in Kirigakure and set off on their own. Akarui was raised by her older cousin and visited by her parents at least twice a year around the summer time. When Akarui was 10, it was discovered that she was somewhat gifted in Medical ninjutsu, and was enrolled in to the academy to become a Kunoichi of Kirigakure. She excelled through the academy and passed the final exam with flying colors.
She spent little time as a gennin before her death, she trained for a short amount of time with her small squad before an infection broke out in the hospital. Being one of the only medical shinobi in the village, it was her job to try to contain the situation and find a cure. That didn't go as expected. While fighting off one of the infected hospital staff, Akarui was stabbed through the chest and killed, watching herself bleed out as her life slipped from her grasp. When her body was found, they took the sample of mushrooms that she held and kept her body for survailance in case she showed any signs of infection; she never did. However, then the disaster with Kirigakure happened, and as she was no longer alive she was left in the morgue of the hospital when everyone else was evacuated. Somehow, when Sero took over the village, it kickstarted her back to life. Being brought back had many changes on Akarui, some of them literal. Her hair turned a gastly white from the fear she felt when she had died, her once soft orchid hues turned blood red, and she was given a permanent scar that laid right in the middle of her chest where she had been stabbed.

For a lot of his younger years, he bounced around from family to family, each one sending him back to the orphanage. After about 3 families, Ky didn’t even care if a family showed interest in him. He swore he would make his life better and make things better for the only people he ever considered a family, the kids living them.

Height: 5'0" Weight: 145 lbs. Nindo: "To be the Fastest Ninja ever" Personality: Hayashi is a very playful person. He learned at a very young age that due to his height teasing and name calling would never end. So Hayashi had to make a choice, would he allow those words to get to him? No so in order to do that he began a very lax and playful. He still had a sense of goals and determination but all of this is masked by his playful and light hearted demeanor.
Due to his playful nature when being around others Hayashi will be a fun person to be around, if someone makes fun of his height Hayashi will remain playful but will become sarcastic with his remarks. This is a very common defense mechanism for Hayashi and they can get pretty vulgar depending on who is he speaking with. Hayashi enjoys arguing and will often argue if the scenario demands it. He has above average intelligence but nothing of genius level and this is displayed in his demeanor.
When in combat Hayashi maintains his playful disposition and will implement strategy into his fighting but he is not a top tactician. He knows his strengths and his weaknesses well and will fight to hide his weaknesses and showcase his strengths but is not known for implementing perfect strategies.

He always won at hide and seek and other things. Over time he developed a thick skin no longer being bothered by people calling him short and tiny.
Over the years Hayashi developed his speed and reflexes to be unparalleled at his rank. He entered the academy deciding it best to use his gifts for better. During his time he found he had a knack for bukijutsu and his bloodline deciding that is what he would specialize in. Nindo: "I just want to get stronger. I really don't want to lose anyone." Personality: Kentaro doesn't have any deep layers of personality or complicated, hard as steel boundaries to understand. All in all, he's a kid. A damaged one, but still a kid. He likes to play, loves feeling recognized and getting attention, and gets easily sheepish/embarrassed. The main signs of maturity that he shows are a willingness to follow orders and a dedication to his own personal goals. His less than charming attributes though involve a short fuse, and a smart mouth that's used as a weapon when his patience runs out and his temper takes over. Often times he has no filter and just says what's on his mind, and he has no qualms on pointing out things that are blatantly obvious if everyone else avoids the topic. The boy is not good at being very friendly, but he's okay with having friends. He's not outgoing, and some would even call him lazy, given how little he chases after things that don't benefit him dramatically. In terms of intelligence, Kentaro is no fool. His slick mouth and laziness are actually signs to tell exactly how much of a genius he is. You need a quick wit to make sly comments like he does, and lazy people are generally known to be some of the most intelligent, given that they can search for ways to finish things fast, while conserving the most amount of energy as possible.

Strengths: • His bloodline techniques are honed and reinforced, not only overpowering most techniques at their own rank, but also forcing Raiton jutsu to need to be a rank higher in order to destroy his techniques. • He's deadly proficient in terms of weaponry, from shuriken to swords, to even hammers. Weaknesses: • Raiton that actually manages to strike him has a strong effect on him. It makes him twitch, and a 50/50 chance rises that he'll mess up on hand signs and create incomplete jutsu. This effect lasts until he uses a bloodline technique, before he needs to be shocked again for it to happen. • Sacrifices skill in Taijutsu and completely loses most Ninjutsu in return for bloodline power. He cannot learn any Ninjutsu that doesn't involve his bloodline, past the basic academy teaching. Fears: • He has a strange case of abandonment issues, where he would go as far as to spin a string of lies to keep the people he loves from leaving him. He doesn't trust that anyone would want to stay with him unconditionally. All in all, fear of losing those he holds dear in any way. • Big fear of slow deaths, like drowning, getting eaten alive, burning slowly, etc.
Class Disciplines : • Blood Knight: Your bloodline techniques possess greater power, allowing them to overwhelm techniques of the same rank, and preventing them from succumbing to elemental weaknesses of techniques the same rank. Can cast bloodline techniques through one-handed seals. • Mystic Hero - The user is much like a hybrid warrior, focusing on mixing ninjutsu into their personal arsenal. Through their great devotion to this path the user can cast ninjutsu without hand seals while wielding a weapon, D at gennin, C at chunnin, B at Jounin, A at Konin, and S at Sannin. These techniques maintain the same description and criteria to use, as well as require the same amount of time to mold the chakra through the weapon as would be needed to perform hand seals, meaning the techniques are not instantaneously cast. The user’s spirit is so strong, that they can utilize their physical bukijutsu techniques to negate ninjutsu techniques of the same rank or below. Everyone within wasn't so much a rogue ninja, rather they were people who decided not to align with any village. Well, that wasn't the entire truth. The elder of the village was actually a nuke-nin with a bounty, however it was only him. At first everyone thought that their town was kept away from the attention of any major village for simple reasons, like not wanting major tax or not wanting to be caught up in wars, however it was all really just one big disguise for the elder to wear.
On his birth, Kentaro was actually fated to die. Due to multiple complications, he was...heavily injured, to save the mind from any description. Needless to say, as a newborn, he would have died if it weren't for the elder, who was luckily present. While medical ninjutsu was performed on him, the elder was pouring his chakra into the boy as well. The elders Shōton chakra nature ended up being mixed into more than just his blood, but it encased or even replaced both major and minor organs. In the end, those effected areas crystallized, however it was all necessary to keep Kentaro alive, keeping his body from falling apart while the medical ninjutsu slowly but surely did its work. In the end, naturally, this gave the boy the Shōton: Crystal Release Kekkei Genkai, as the chakra infused and mixed with his very blood and organs.
His years went by peacefully enough after that. They discovered that over the years, around eighty seven percent of Kentaro's insides were crystallized, however his body still managed to function, and the changes didn't leave any discoloring or mutations on his skin. His hair ended up growing out white, and his eyes lightened to a sky blue from brown, but that was the extent of his changes. But that's enough about his birth and its effects. The boy ended up in Konoha somehow, and this is the reason. It was simple really, and only natural, however it twisted the boy a fair bit. He was playing on the outskirts of town when he was grabbed by hunter nin, who invaded the town before his eyes as he was yanked away into the night. It happened fast, and there was nothing he could do to stop it. He remembered struggling, but he blacked out at some point along the way out the town. When he eventually woke up, he was in a hospital bed, in a place that was bigger than any other he'd seen. Konohagakure. All that happened while he was ten, and he never really asked what happened to his family, and the others in his village, because deep down he really knew. The town had a fair bit of ninjutsu, and probably tried to defend the elder. They were all probably killed in the process, and since he was the only one from his town inside of Konoha, he imagined that there were no other survivors.
It took a good few years to accept the situation, but over that time he made friends and became a citizen in the village. It's still a wound, his past, but people thankfully don't really rub salt in it. Eventually he recovered enough to even enter the Konoha academy, which after a year of study, lead to the current time. Fifteen years old, and a Genin for the village that he can now call his own.
The only issue I see with yours is your second PA, but all you have to do is add a 'slightly' modifier to it, and you'll be approved. Let me know when you fix that. =)
A Just War
Denied I really don't want to see you waste a PA on something that's passive, when you could easily use it to, say, get more technique slots, or an extra style. Or something similar. As for your first PA, you have to include a modifier. According to our rules, you cannot have more than a 'slightly' modifier (1/6th of a rank) in a PA, unless you give up something else (such as a slight reduction to strength), in which case you can have a 'mildly' bonus (2/6ths of a rank). So rather than saying his reflexes are on par with his speed, say, for example, "Reflexes are slightly increased".

Denied. The first PA is still out of line. You cannot gain a full rank directly from a PA. You can gain A Descriptive. 1/6 for free, or 2/6 if you sacrifice something of equal value.
The Second PA is also denied. As the Maximum Training rank is set by Title-Rank, not Body Rank. Therefore it is whether or not you Kage allows you to learn the techniques, not your own prowess in doing such.

He always won at hide and seek and other things. Over time he developed a thick skin no longer being bothered by people calling him short and tiny.
Over the years Hayashi developed his speed and reflexes to be unparalleled at his rank. He entered the academy deciding it best to use his gifts for better. During his time he found he had a knack for bukijutsu and his bloodline deciding that is what he would specialize in. He has just finished the academy and now is now ready to complete his goal for becoming the fastest ninja alive.
Personality: Kimi is an ambitious, but centered young woman. She grew up with her Father, a Samurai from the Land of Iron, until the age of seven and emulated him from a young age. She wishes to become a great Samurai like her father and follows the tenets of Bushido.
That being said, she is still only a child and is fraught with immaturity and mischievous thoughts. Kimi knows when to be serious though and in the presence of instructors and higher ranking Shinobi she is a model student.
Chikimi does suffer from grief at times. Losing her Father and being raised in a strange land has been hard on her and she distances herself from others at times.

Her mother died along with her younger brother in an attack by rogue Shinobi attempting to assassinate Tadamichi. After the attack, Kimi's father decided that she would be safer hidden away from him and took her to Konohagakure, a Shinobi Village where he had several allies.
When it came time for him to leave, Tadamichi left a gift for his daughter. A plain looking Katana to remember him by. So anything that doesn't have physical form cannot hold his seals. • Body over Mind (Laram's dedication to his physical abilities has allowed him to learn an additional taijutsu style. She had thought that one night together was all she would have to remember him. But, as fate would have it, she got something more. Laram's white hair came as a surprise to all her family, as they didn't know the circumstances of his birth. You see, the Uzumaki tend to have red hair. However, Laram's mother loved him dearly, for he reminded her everyday that the man she loved gave her something in return for her feelings. Laram's family was not rich. Many nights his mother cried over the empty cabinets in their modest apartment. Their need taught Laram to find what he needed wherever he could. So, as a hungry child does, he turned to the streets of their village. All of the running he did conditioned his body, and his Uzumaki heritage granted him incredible vitality. This allowed him to have success in the wrong areas. They weren't as hungry, but Laram was heading down a dark path. Finally, Laram's mother enrolled him in the academy, hoping to change his life for the better. As it turned out, he had a knack for the work, and passed his classes with ease. He had become a ninja.
