Okay, I'm going to go ahead and overrule the profile approval and deny it per reasons I will now explain:
"Takeshi Mibu was born in the Village of Demons where he grew up in a secluded part of the village under The Oni Clan, it was chained off it after some migrated to the Demon Village. His father which was a high rank in the clan saw the strength in his baby son, Takeshi's mother died giving birth to him. His father waited until Takeshi was 5 years old before he trained the boy till exhuastion every day for the next fifteen years, sending him off to assassinate others that held power and to kill groups. at the age of Eighteen his father grew afraid of his power, as did the clan and set out to kill him. Late at night clan members attacked Takeshi where he killed each of them and was very confused so he ran to his father. When he reached his father he was attacked, sliced deeply across his chest, he was barely alive but mustered enough strength to kill his father and destroyed the clan that was in the Demon village, killing them all. He escaped and for the next year he healed and trained before deciding to join a village and becoming a real shinobi. "
Okay, now, those highlighted parts? Those are absolutely, one hundred percent denied. Here's the thing. Genin, and most especially D-ranked character, means you just left the academy. You not experience fighting outside what you learned at the academy, you have not killed anyone, you have not experience almost two decades of training to get to this point. No, no, no, and no.
I do apologize for how I come off in my choice of words, but this is a point that I will continue to argue, and even deny characters on, until it stops completely. A D-ranked character means you have no experience, no training outside of the basic academy stuff. None. If this history is not rewritten you will be unable to play this character within Kirigakure.
A suggestion is to include him within the village itself, as that seems the far more "unique" history that many seek to be having. Come from the village, have fun in the academy, and graduate on time. Be someone looking forward to the future as a shinobi, be a "real" person instead of the carbon copy of the stereotypical shinobi #1 that your profile's history and personality absolutely shout. Oni have horns but that doesn't make them demons. If you want someone who is an experienced killer, master of being a soulless husk of a character, I am sorry, learn it and evolve to it in character, not start off as it. Again, this is the same trend I've been arguing about for over three years, so I do apologize to you if I come off as crass.
I can understand a gruff exterior, but playing up the tragedy of the past puts you as literally nothing special. 'Cause everyone's doing it.

These two are not weaknesses. The first works for everyone who isn't a Ninjutsu specialist, and throwing in that underlined part literally negates what you've written as a weaness anyway. The second one is, again, something everyone has. If someone is more skilled and adept than you in a style, you're going to be beaten if you're using the same style. If as a genin you are facing the kage, you're going to lose. Listing that as a weakness is illegitimate. Please reselect them.
Fears: "• Growing close to someone enough to trust them, he has been betrayed before so its hard for him to trust. • People caring for him, he isnt use to the feeling and doesnt want anyone to die for him."
Let me ask you this. Those Fears. If someone came up to him, and said "you're my friend, and I worry about you", will the character turn and run screaming? Will be break out in a cold sweat, in a panic? And a "fear" of trusting someone is called "paranoia". It means you'll never believe a word someone tells you. Kage tells you he's the kage? Don't believe him. Someone says they're your squad leader? Laugh in their face and walk off, not believing them. If this is the character you want to play, and you're going to play it that way, fine, but fears are an extreme. These aren't fears, they are hesitancies. These are concerns, or anxiety. They are not, however, fears.

If he is a sociopath, which are really the only ones that feel no remorse for murder, that's fine, but you need to keep up that feeling. You would need to play the sociopath who has no real connection or empathy, no true integrity. A true Sociopath is very difficult to play correctly, unless you say he takes a sort of "sexual" gratification in slaughter. But again, both come with a sort of play that would need to be upkept. I can understand if you want to play him this way, just make sure to keep up the chosen personality. Once you are a sociopath, you don't come back from that. It's a defect of the mind, after all, and not something you can choose to change. Just saying.

Well it's more like his true feelings are blank and uncaring. He acts all fun like and flirtatious to others just to keep up a front, you know, don't show anyone your true feelings. We are ninja who shouldn't even give a real name when on a misson, it's just a part of the job. Naturally, Loki got along well with her family members, as well as her friends outside of home, who didn't judge her for her abilities. As she was naturally physically weaker due to her eyes, some of the children who were jealous decided to bully her. Yet no matter what they did to her, she still believed that they were good children. Her brothers helped her be a little tougher by exposing her to little physical pain day after day so that the other kids wouldn't be able to bully her like they did. Though it was just a front, since she pleaded to her brothers to help he be strong enough to join the academy. Soon after the process was completed, Loki was officially an academy student. Everybody could see that she normal for a regular student, but extraordinary for someone with the Sakkakugan. Rumors were told of the weak bodies and minds, yet Loki exhibited neither, at the time. Many students dropped out, deciding to live a normal life, but Loki smiled, believing everyone had their reasons. Eventually, Loki graduated from the academy and went home to celebrate. It's only been a little while, but she waits for further notification from higher-ups.
