In the early part of his years, around 7 or so he lost his brother to rouge ninjas looking for some quick ryo. Teksuyo and Oneki were born fighters and didn't want to give up ryo to some petty thieves. This obviously was a mistake because you can be a fighter.. but anyone can lose a fight, and that day Teksuyo lost more than a fight; it was his brother. Teksuyo was never the same, at least for a while. He skipped out on meals, secluded himself from his peers and lost since of direction. His brother was his other half and without another half, how can you be whole? Well one day Teksuyo had a conversation with his dad, about how he can't let the past hold him from being who he wants to be. Teksuyo didn't know what he wanted to be until lately though. He is now 13 and it has become clear, he wants to become one of the most honorable shinobi in the land. Tekki might have started later than usual but that isn't going to deter him from his goal. He came to this conclusion when seeing how the way of the ninja can stop the forces of evil and save lives. Something he wasn't able to do back then. Finally to avenge his twins death, and he wouldn't mind help from a few friends along the way.

At this point the UHV invaded her village and killed many of the people in it. These special qualities being that they had a bloodline, kekkai genkai, etc and that they were of young enough age to be brain washed into following every order the UHV gave them. Vivan was no dumb child. She knew what was going on and she understood that many of her family were killed on the day the UHV attacked. However, she knew that she was going to have to pretend to be one of the UHV drones until such a point that she could escape from their grip and leave only to come back and take revenge on them for what they had done to her and her family.

He was quite skilled at lifting items from stalls without being noticed and pick pocketing with his friends. His dad was always out working, so he had no one to play with since he mom seemed to get sick quite often. Sometime during August, he had saved a baby raven from near death that was laying at the base of a tree. After nurturing it back to health and setting it free, he hadn't seen it for a while. During the time which he was taking care of it, he had lost his touch at theft. So one day he went to steal some fruits, the stall owner caught him and attempted to unmask him. He tried to tear away, but right before he had his makeshift mask taken off the raven he had saved, came to his rescue. The bird pecked at the stall owner so he would let go. As soon as the owner did, Kitai escaped swiftly, nowhere to be seen. As he arrived home, the raven was waiting for him a small basket of fruits that he stole when Kitai escaped. Since then, Kitai and the raven, Nero, had been together, training, stealing and doing all else a child life could entail.

Most of Red's personality is shown through her aggressive nature, as well as her fighting style. Red is a self-proclaimed dork when it comes to weapons; she is quite intelligent, having designed and built Thorn during her time in Kirigakure although she admits to going "a little overboard" with its design. The weapon begins as a rectangle of metal roughly two and a half feet long and several inches thick. The weapon itself is telescopic, though just as durable as most other weapons. At the pulse of chakra from the user the weapon will extend a single plat from her hand pushing the weapon foreward as a small bar comes into view. This is a cycle-able bolt that loads specially made ammunition into a hollow section of the weapon which exits in a roughly 99mm hole at the end of the weapon. When this weapon is fired it has rather significant recoil as it forces what accounts to a small version of a railway spike out of the end of the weapon. This action is triggered by a small lever placed easily in reach of her main hand, The recoil from said action is enough to forcibly move Rubies light frame several feet when not braced. It doesnt bother her arms and in fact can be used to her advantage. The rest of the weapon deploys when the entire rig is spun with enough force to cause the rest of the pieces to slide outward into her full scythe. This weapon was created so she had a more compact way to carry this rather sizeable weapon and the projectile system was created somewhat as an afterthought. A bloodgroove running from the hilt of the weapon to the tip of the blade can be used to place drops of Ruby's on the weapons tip.
Ability Summary: • Has projectile application. Force at close range will tear a large chunk out of a buman body. At 15 feet its penetration diminishes to cuts rather than full on puncture. Further than 20 feet this projectile only leaves bad bruising and just gets less and less from there.
• Has the unique ability when wielded by ruby and a cut is made, her chakra in the weapon causes any blood spilt by this weapon will change into rose petals floating from the body. This is seemingly only for aesthetic purposes, however this can both hide bloodtrails from tamers, and cause some mild confusion in the opponent.

She had a seemingly normal life and nobody can say what triggered her thirst for blood. Nevertheless, at the age of 17 she left the village with a tail of oinin seeking to capture or kill her. This tail soon grew to 3 oinin, then five, then a full platoon, then two. The oinin of kirigakure are considered ruthless in their determination to capture missing nin from their village but the orders were quickly changed from capture to death for ruby. She eluded her tail all the way to Yukigakure where they finally caught up to her. She found herself surrounded by droves of the hunter nin. Needless to say she got away, and when Kirigakure sent an investigation team, they found nothing but dismembered body parts and blood soaked snow. Red is by far considered among the most dangerous humans in the five elemental nations and has a flee on sight order in most bingo books. Her initial bounty has disappeared as has the person that placed the bounty on her head. Red was eventually offered a deal to return to her village in exchange for information on the UHV.
As this character had prior approval and was part of a former grandfather clause, and the requested changes have been made to begin distinguishing this character. I re-approve Red for use.

Although she was "spoiled" being the youngest of two, she was taught to learn discipline at a very young age, and grew to be the obedient child her parents desired. Her father, Kaiser Uchiha, was known widely for his terrifying Taijutsu prowess, and his loyalty to the village. He was apart of the ANBU program, working as a policeman to keep peace and order within the village. Her brother, Satoshi Uchiha was already making great progress before enrolling into the Academy, though he specialized in the Ninjutsu and Genjutsu arts.
Often times Kaiser would be called upon to aide the village, so Kaede spent some time learning from her father's old teacher. He retired from the Shinobi Force years ago, but the knowledge and experience gained was more than valuable to Kaede. Even for as old as he was (seventy-five), his Taijutsu prowess proved to be even greater than Kaiser's, and his physical appearance made him look years younger than he truly was. A majority of her training was with Shusaku, Kaiser's teacher, but whenever her father had the time, they spent quality time and trained together. Kaede was immediately enrolled into the Academy once she was of age, having an edge against most of her class mates due to her already conditioned physique from rigorous Taijutsu training. She excelled in the Taijutsu arts, much like her father, and discovered her talents for both Ninjutsu and Genjutsu, covering all three basic Shinobi skills. By no means was she a prodigy, however. Though, she focused intensely on her studies and training as Kaiser and Shusaku asked of her, quickly raising to be one of the top students of her class.
Months before her graduation, the UHV attacked the village, and her father was found dead and her brother missing altogether. Kaede's attendance in the Academy suddenly dropped, and she missed graduation. Her whereabouts were passed on to the instructors by Shusaku, telling them that she needed time to grieve. She stayed in the temple which Shusaku lived, slowly becoming overwhelmed with her emotions. At times, Shusaku could sense the negative emotions brewing within her, and feared that her grieving would become much more than that, if he did not intervene. Passing down her father's gloves to her, he immediately began training her once again, as a way to vent those emotions. Kaede soon reentered the Academy with a new resolve, hoping to become a powerful shinobi in order to protect her village, and discover the whereabouts of her older brother. She quickly returned to her usual self while in the Academy: devoted and studious, graduating with impressive marks.
