As a boy, he was usually level headed and calm. Very friendly to many, he made sure no one was left out, even when the Yukigakure refugees arrived, Arashi had shown his kindness, especially to a female who was shy and scared of the new environment. Arashi, being only 11, was very creative and showed her the positive of living in this environment and she finally fell in love with Konhagakure. Sadly, their friendship did not last long when she left the World sooner than expected. Arashi had taken her headband in honor of her.
For several years, Arashi had been in the academy, showed no intuitive to graduate. It was until a stern talk with his parents that he finally stopped procrastinating and graduated as a Genin in a late age. Now, let's see if he would work his way up to Chuunin or would Sloth keep his hold on the young Uzumaki?

Her parents, however, were poor and didn't know if their daughter could survive traveling in the approaching winter so they left her with nearby family in Kirigakure and set off on their own. Akarui was raised by her older cousin and visited by her parents at least twice a year around the summer time. When Akarui was 10, it was discovered that she was somewhat gifted in Medical ninjutsu, and was enrolled in to the academy to become a Kunoichi of Kirigakure. She excelled through the academy and passed the final exam with flying colors.
She spent little time as a gennin before her death, she trained for a short amount of time with her small squad before an infection broke out in the hospital. Being one of the only medical shinobi in the village, it was her job to try to contain the situation and find a cure. That didn't go as expected. While fighting off one of the infected hospital staff, Akarui was stabbed through the chest and killed, watching herself bleed out as her life slipped from her grasp. When her body was found, they took the sample of mushrooms that she held and kept her body for survailance in case she showed any signs of infection; she never did. However, then the disaster with Kirigakure happened, and as she was no longer alive she was left in the morgue of the hospital when everyone else was evacuated. Somehow, when Sero took over the village, it kickstarted her back to life. Being brought back had many changes on Akarui, some of them literal. Her hair turned a gastly white from the fear she felt when she had died, her once soft orchid hues turned blood red, and she was given a permanent scar that laid right in the middle of her chest where she had been stabbed.

Her parents, however, were poor and didn't know if their daughter could survive traveling in the approaching winter so they left her with nearby family in Kirigakure and set off on their own. Akarui was raised by her older cousin and visited by her parents at least twice a year around the summer time. When Akarui was 10, it was discovered that she was somewhat gifted in Medical ninjutsu, and was enrolled in to the academy to become a Kunoichi of Kirigakure. She excelled through the academy and passed the final exam with flying colors.
She spent little time as a gennin before her death, she trained for a short amount of time with her small squad before an infection broke out in the hospital. Being one of the only medical shinobi in the village, it was her job to try to contain the situation and find a cure. That didn't go as expected. While fighting off one of the infected hospital staff, Akarui was stabbed through the chest and killed, watching herself bleed out as her life slipped from her grasp. When her body was found, they took the sample of mushrooms that she held and kept her body for survailance in case she showed any signs of infection; she never did. However, then the disaster with Kirigakure happened, and as she was no longer alive she was left in the morgue of the hospital when everyone else was evacuated. Somehow, when Sero took over the village, it kickstarted her back to life. Being brought back had many changes on Akarui, some of them literal. Her hair turned a gastly white from the fear she felt when she had died, her once soft orchid hues turned blood red, and she was given a permanent scar that laid right in the middle of her chest where she had been stabbed.

Alright, on this one, I'll give you a break. The gain two Raiton Slots. Our general PA rules state that you can gain Ten Jutsu slots or a Style with a single PA. So if you want to increase that to 10, then feel free. Also, approved.

The parents had to be on watch during storms to make sure he was clean, fed, and given enough attention. It was also that moment they had decided to name him Arashi.
As a boy, he was usually level headed and calm. They figured out that he had a higher chakra content than civilians and began to prepare to enroll him into the shinobi program. Tragedy befell him as he his family was murdered by a spy who had been posing as a normal neighbor to his family. From that point on he didn't trust much of anyone. However he remained kind and caring, despite trusting no one truly. He is now passing the academy, and into true shinobihood like his parents had intended to, but intends on figuring a way to eradicate the dirty people in the world.
