I just thought it would be an interesting question. It's one of those episodes where the crew really doesn't have to worry about anything - a filler, sort of, but you get to see them have fun and be themselves.

Plus, I have an icon on my MySpace page from Photobucket with Worf and it has that quote on it.... whee

If no one gets this by the end of the week (that being Sat. night), I will post the answer (with the icon of Worf! xd ) the next day. Or that night. Depends on when I get on...lol.

Then it's someone else's turn to ask a question.

'kay, since no new questions have been posted in like two weeks, I'll assume we don't know, and post a new one. It should be pretty simple....

DS9: Although Ben had a lifelong obsession with baseball, only one full game was ever played on the series' run: the Niners vs. who?

In other words, in that episode, who did the senior crew play against?

Oh, and an extra pint of virtual blood wine to the person that can quote Worf's famous line from the same episode! whee Ya gotta love Worf....

I remember it was against an all-Vulcan team.
I remember Sisko's adage to O'Brien:
"Those who can, do,
those who can't teach", when O'Brien's injury sidelined him.

I liked when Worf, Dax and Odo showed that Vulcan that he wasn't so
"perfect" as he thought,
but I'm not sure what the Worf adage would be.

Yup - the other team was all-Vulcan - Capt. Solok and the T'Kumbra crew. (Though, I admit I looked them up before asking the question...I knew it was a Vulcan that started with an 'S,' but there are too many of them.... xp )

Oh, and here's the Photobucket icon I told you about with the quote from Worf...I freakin' love this one....

Did we ever get the answer to the question about Tasha's cat?

No.
I can't find any reference to the cat having a name, and it's only
mentioned in "Where No One Has Gone Before."

It's quite possible the cat's name was mentioned in a book...there are a few books with Tasha...not many, but a few - and considering that this thread is for the shows and movies, I suggest a new question....

Okay, no one's posted for a while...I'll give it another go....

Pretty easy....

ENT:

What actor played the head MACO as well as a major recurring role and a minor recurring role at the same time on two separate primetime television shows?

(In other words, this guy was in three shows at one time! eek )

(Bonus point for knowing the other show and/or the character's name!)

Sadly,
it's only easy for those of you who watched "Enterprise."
I had problems with the series....

..Starting with Rick Berman being dismissive of CONTINUITY.
I can respect "artistic license" with visual effects. I can respect
"artistic license" with costumes. I can respect "artistic license" with sets.
(Like ship interiors.) I CANNOT respect "artistic license" when it comes
to things like HISTORY.
I
t had already been established that the first Federation starship to be
equipped with phasers was the USS Hood, a Constitution class ship, and
a sister ship to the Classic Trek Enterprise. Under the new show, they've
been using phasers for CENTURIES before the Constitution class ships
were built. Didn't ANYONE think that it would be interesting to see the
Earth's people and technology rise from OBSCURITY and achieve
domination of the Federation? I know NOG thought it was amazing....

(For those who wonder,
I may not post every day, but I tend to check for/approve guild
applications a few times a week if not every day unless I'm out of town.
I can be pm'ed in a pinch, and I tend to be on about every 24 hours.)

NEW question!
I know you clever people know WHY, but I want the other information.

Nog thought an Earth historical figure looked a lot like Benjamin Sisko.
(You know who and why.) What was Nog doing that he noticed that
in the first place?

(Hint: he was NOT on Deep Space 9.
And it was important to the episode making sense.)

YoukaiLuvr, I not only watched very few episodes of Enterprise, I don't live in the US, so knowing other shows that were aired at the same time it's not a possibility unless they were broadcasting the same shows here and I saw them. confused
Let's hope someone else shows up and answers that one. wink

Imzadi, you asked the only question I can't answer without having to force my brain very hard to remember... I may be able to answer, but it'll take me a while.
Now... Who, Why, and even what was Jadzia's explanation for her Trill spots, that I can answer... I just need to remember why Nog was there... I can picture the image of Nog and his surprise looking at the PADD, but not what he was doing there. sweatdrop

Hint: It wasn't a generic PADD....
