Another night, and yet again she had to settle for walking. It was getting old, she had never wanted to go back to Salmaire so badly, or at least be away from the hum and bustle of the crowd.
It was hard not using her gift she'd been born with, it was part of who she was in every sense of the word.
Voscil had realized as upset as she had been, her sweet matesprite had been an absolute doll. He had offered to spend the night with her absorbing some more bloodfest activities. She'd come prepared to absolutely light the field up with a thunderstorm if she needed. It was all to keep trolls AWAY from her project. Yet, blowing Sorine's cover, wasn't her aim....but damn was it tempting. If even just to have one satisfying moment were all the shitty rowdy highbloods and couples with their coffee got the message..but she let it go as she rolled her shoulders.
She hadn't exactly "calmed" down, but the promise of a dinner date, and being with one of her favorite trolls helped. Reemus was wonderful, she was glad he was hers. Yet, it was too bad Ephias wasn't around..she could have used his level-headed advice, or even his patient, tired, but calming presence to balance her restless nature. She'd have to bug him later! The thought of her pale crush made her blush yellow in the cheeks, as did thinking about Reemus but for a completely different reason. |

Trevel had a lot on his plate. He was planning for the big finale at his Booth, as well as keeping up with other activities he wanted to partake in. That, and keeping up with his pals was tiresome truthfully. So, when the dawn of the final day at last came, it went without saying the whole ice building hive bit slipped hi thinkpan. Eyzaak had invited him out to a couple booths, and before he knew it the night had slipped away from him and he needed to get back to the Music Night Live booth. As he made his way across the Bloodfest grounds, he paused as he realized he'd forgotten to check in on his creation.
Well s**t.
It was a little late for that, the structure had been completely demolished. Shrugging he went on his way, he still had plenty of other things he could do. |

Dillys had come to expect the fact his Ice-hive seemed to have a target on his head. He should have tried to experiment with the frigid water a little more, but for what it was worth, the solid foundation of the blackened, fairly nasty looking parking lot ice had helped him at least keep the structure alive and well. For the most part.
Whatever he had tried to make looked fairly sad and like it needed to be put out of it's misery. Sheepish Dillys shook his head as his ponytail moved with the motion. Whatever hopes he had of this thing being epic were gone. It wasn't all bad! He and Connie had done awesome at Toboggan, and he was looking forward to hanging out with her more while he was in town. Smiling he dusted himself off after doing his best to clean up the final display to present to the judges. Ta-da..? |
