Katrina hated the idea of Quaffles being hurled at her almost as much as bludgers being hit at her. At least, she thought to herself, I don't have to fly too much... She mounted the broom and, wobbling a little, flew up to the goal posts. Sitting on the broom, she put the goggles on and waited for herself to get killed by the quaffle.

Flying Class was definitely rubbing off on him, because it seemed to glide easily through the air instead of jerk and pull like other brooms he had seen used by other students. As the Quaffle was released, Cain was ready, and when Heather shouted "Game on!", he shot forward. His hand reached out, hoping to feel the soft leather of the Quaffle in the next few moments...

Tobi leaped onto his broom and took off with bat in hand as the goals began to move around and the bludgers flying. Finding one close to him off the side he flew towards it and whacked towards one of the floating targets near the goal posts off to the side of Katrina.

Ariana nodded to Heather when she told her to look for the snitch. She doubted she would find it easily after playing that last match. No, she had to stop blaming herself for not locating the snitch. Those Slytherin beaters were the ones who got in the way. Ariana's eyes followed the golden sphere as circled her before losing sight of it in an instance. With that, the seeker took off into the warm yet breezy air.

The girl squeaked nervously when Dhylan and Cain started down the field towards her and gripped her broom a little tighter. She needed to block the shot. Not because it mattered, but because Heather and Ariana and the team was counting on her to be able to.
