David stopped when he heard the whistle blow. "Woops…" ‘ I didn’t hear that part…’ he finished in thought feeling bad for his mistake. Heading over to the goal with the quaffle in his hand David looked at Elli. Now was the time to try and score on her. “Here goes nothing.” He said throwing the quaffle at the goal. ‘Please go in.’ he prayed wanting to make a good impression.

Cameron's eyes widened when he realized he completely missed the bludger and swiped at air instead. He hadn't a chance to do anything to stop himself from being hit in the chest quite harshly. As the boy was knocked sideways, he dropped his bat and clung onto the broom for his dear life. The fact that he coughed hoarsely did not help the situation one bit.

When Elli was sure Sun was going to be well taken care of she sped back to the goals. Within minutes the chasers were stealing and Remy was whistling. She waited quietly as the chasers were give directions and then one of the boys flung a quaffle towards her goal. She glanced for a split second, watching as Cam got bashed with a bludger. She grimaced at his pain and returned her attention just in time to attempt to catch the quaffle from the first year. She didn't really want to play Keeper, but she sure as hell didn't want a silly first year showing her up either.

David practically jumped off his broom when he watched his goal score. "Yes... wow... okay to excited..." he shouted. He was so happy to score his first goal maybe it was a sign about being a the team. Luckily he managed to stay on the broom. Thinks could only get better from there right?

Elli glared as the quaffle slipped right through her fingers and through the goal. "Culo Stupida Cagna." She cursed in Italian and swooped down the grab the quaffle and chuck it back at the first year. She really didn't appreciate being showed up by a first year. She hadn't practiced Keeper all summer and she had been distracted by her... not boyfriend being smashed with a bludger.

Sam watched the try-outs, making note of who stole, who scored and the beaters who beat. When Cam took a bludger, Sam shouted "Don't let that thing keep you down Cameron! Kick its a**!" When David scored on Elli, Sam frowned. "Keep up the defense Elli. You've got it in you! Chasers, try scoring on Jacob too! Xavier, Teyve! Come grab beater bats and go after the bludgers! David, switch with Elli!"

Elli cheered silently when she was put on Chaser and David was moved to Keeper. This she was ready for. She tossed the quaffle back and forth between her fingers and studied Jacob for a moment before flinging it at the goal post. She could do this, she refused to let herself be shown up by a first year... again.

Jayden walked back onto the pitch, noticing the team practicing at a high level. He liked it. This was definitely going to be their year this year. He was sad that he couldn't be apart of it, but he also was excited for the new opportunities for the younger kids. He was glad to be like a coach. He would help Sam out this year, mainly as a supporter though. He didn't want to make it seem like he was in control. He does not want that.

Teyve looked down at the captain who orrdered him to grab a bat. With a smile he nodded "Right away Capt!" He flew down and swooping he grabbed one of the bats from the bags.'The Captain must think I'm beater material. Oh well as long as I'm up here its fine and who knows hitting the iron balls may be fun.' Moving up he wondered who he should shoot the bludger at. He saw the a boy with a bat also and remembered that he would be trying to hit him so taking aim swung at Cameron.

As Cameron was getting himself comfortable on his broom once again, he could hear Samuel's voice echo through the pitch. He suddenly saw a bludger fly right towards him, but by ducking his head, he managed to dodge it. If he hadn't moved his head that quickly, Cameron would have definitely been struck by it. He eyes drifted off to see who had taken a shot at him, and they fell upon a first year, Tevye. I'll get that arse, he thought as another bludger plummeted towards him. He prepared his bat for it, ready this time.
