-she continues on, kissing him and stripping him of his clothing, throwing it far across the room in case it has hidden bugs on it. She does the same for her own. She kisses him deep and then whispers to him again as he kisses along her neck, pausing to gasp for real- Who isn't important. The less you know, the better. You knew getting into this relationship that I led a double life, so don't start acting surprised now. I am letting them because I have to. I care about you, Karrie. -gasps in real ecstasy as he hits her sweet spot- I am going to make it look like I am just leaving you hard and cold in the morning by leaving your collar on your chest with no note or nothing.

Now the whole thing just sounds silly when I think about the short ammount of time we've been together. I've only known the girl for a couple months and we've only started officially dating for little more than a week. So I'm thinking my feelings of being cautious and still wanting more time and space are justified. It's way to soon to commit to anything beyond taking care of the restaurant bill.

I can't be with you anymore. I... -her voice breaks as fresh tears fall- I won't let anything happen to you. I will be leaving after this and be gone awhile. Don't worry...nothing dangerous, just going to visit a friend in the hospital...and to think.
-she feels him tighten as if she's lying again, she pulls back and looks him straight in the eye, cupping his face- Dead serious. That is the truth. The real truth. -goes back to holding him- I'll be visiting a friend in the hospital.

Gi ussta~ Justified indeed *giggles* Commitments are no small matters to be dealing with. When one enters a relationship and wishes to commit immediately, it is questionable as to what their intent is. *smiles sadly and looks into his glass* I have found more often than not that in these situations it is not you that the person cares for, jhal rather just them enjoying the idea of having that kind of relationship. In other instances, the person may simply be possessive or self-conscious which are things that will not be resolved by companionship.

There is certainly is no need to rush into these things. If the relationship is pushed further than it is ready to progress naturally, it can at times ruin and make enemies of those who may have once been lovers.

Yes, I am tired. Karrie seems to be staying downstairs. *sighs*I must find a place to sleep now. *yawns* Good night Ryzan. *walks outside, finding a spot in the bushes to sleep so he won't be too far if Karrie comes looking for him*

-after a long...and lovely...and very tiring...and rough evening/night/wee hours of the morning spent together, one that neither are likely to forget anytime soon, especially with dame's bruises and love nips and Karrie's large bite mark on his shoulder and those scratches down his back wink ...they fall asleep in each others' arms for the seemingly last time. In the mid-morning, dame quietly and carefully slips out of his arms, kissing him lightly on the lips and whispering her goodbyes to him. She removes his collar and places it in his hand, squeezing his fingers until he clutches it. She then, sadly, slips off her ring with the red ball on it, slipping it on his pinky finger. She kisses him again and watches him sleep for a moment.
Then she pads out of the room and locks it behind her. She goes up the stairs and writes a quick note to Psy, Kat, and Leko/Ayami, tacking it up on the bulletin board. As she is exiting the bar, she notices Velcore in the bushes, holding back more tears, she kneels down and gives him a big hug, kissing him on the top of the head.
Before dame goes home, she goes back into the bar for a bit. Then She walks home, packs, and writes a note to iggies telling her she'll be gone for a little while and will keep her updated once she knows more information. dame heads out to L's contacts, determined to find out where in the hell L took Flame and Icy.-
