The last attack on the village from the UHV was responsible for his father's death, and his mother's resolve to kill them for the loss of her mate. She called upon her companion, Akira, a tamed Alpha of a small pack that resided along the outskirts of the village. From tamer to companion, a vow was silently made between them through eye contact and the nuzzling of their foreheads. Akira would take her place as the mother figure in Raiju's life until she returned, and if she didn't, would raise him to be an excellent Shinobi for the village. She left her Tanto, for Akira to give to Raiju when he became a Shinobi, and something for him to remember her by. After apologizing to her sleeping son, and kissing him on the forehead, she left without a trace.
Akira was worried for her tamer, but knew she had to fulfill her promise. Unsure of how to raise a child, having yet to have any of her own, she returned to her pack along with Raiju to receive assistance from them. While it was an all-female pack, the combination of compassion and nurturing instincts from each member was enough to keep Raiju alive, loved, and well-fed. With the passage of time, his current lifestyle began to impact Raiju's habits, but he was developing his own personality along with it. By the age of eight, Akira left the pack with her "cub" in search for human interactions. Much like herself, despite being a ninja animal by nature, learned to speak fluently and how to use her skills from human Shinobi. Enrolling him into the academy was the best way to ensure he received not only the education, but the type of interactions he would need to become a successful Shinobi later in life.
Adjusting to this new lifestyle was quite difficult for him at first. Most of his classmates preferred to avoid him because of the way he acted. "Untamed", so to speak, the boy barely had any manners (however he responded very well to aggressive motions or sounds, thanks to the pack), and overall, a serious lack of self-control. Along with the assistance of his teachers, Akira chipped in with any information she obtained from her tamer, and things she learned during her Shinobi career with his mother. Only after a year did the change of his normal habits become noticeable, and even so, was a fast learner once he was focused. Though there were plenty of times he'd fall short. Within another year, Raiju successfully graduated from the Academy, and was on his way to becoming a full-fledged Shinobi of the village.

Ayame was supposed to tell you about it but she forgot I guess. You have to make a custom weapon or something for the Droughtbringer to work. I don't get it, but you can talk to her if you want a better explanation. BUT because you have the Mystic Hero discipline, you can still use up to your rank of technique through your weapon.
I would recommend just making it into a custom technique, honestly. There's a similar Katon technique (Flame Spread) that's D-rank. You might be able to do D-rank initial cost, then E-rank upkeep or something. =)

His sizable paint brush strapped securely on his back looked ready to paint a mural if it had to. The sun had just set and clouds began to roll in, of course it was always cloudy here. "Kumokagure...bloop." The man sounded uncertain. He was told that he had to venture forth, away from the land of tea, to this place. Suddenly the uncertain look on his face became excitement. Although he did not show it with a grin or smile his body was brimming with energy at exploring this new and unknown territory.
Tōsokurui then began a brisk walk toward to gate only to be met with a shuriken nearly embedding itself into his left foot. Stopping with what would sound like the squealing of a sudden brake Tōsokurui would look up having gripped his paintbrushes shoulder strap in surprise. "State your business outsider!" he would hear from the throat of a young kunoichi, a genin by the looks of it. Tōsokurui stared awestruck, it had been awhile since he'd spoken to someone. What should he say? What should he do? Then memories of his father flooded in as his words echoes in his head. "Remember son, women care deeply about their melons. Especially if their smaller than their rivals. Realize that it is only natural for you to love them as much as they do. Show interest in their melons and they will show interest in you...bloop."
With that memory in mind the mans arm extended like a flash of lightening bridging the distance between him and the kunoichi. Needless to say after a brief silence, a bloop, and a shriek, chaos erupted. When the madness settled Tōsokurui was taken into custody where he later explained his situation. A member of the scarce Hoju clan the from Land of Tea was to be sent on journey to Kumogakure to obtain further knowledge about the ninja and put his skills to use. Unfortunately for him he had forgotten his clans basic training and thus has been going through steps to learn and master them once more utilizing the guide he was given by his parents.
Prior to that Tōsokurui would have to start at square one within the villages own academy. Training in the basics was a simple enough task. Tōsokurui approaching each situation in unconventional ways. His extendable arms, pale skin, and later discovered color blindness where all ammunition for the students who either envied him or simply disliked him. Their mocking didn't bother him much however, and was usually met with a few bloops and him ignoring the naysayers entirely. That was, until the day he was mocked stating he could never be any form of artist because he could not see color. A violent anger began to well inside of Tōsokurui but then...it stopped. He smiled and then ditched the rest of that days class. When class was dismissed the students and faculty would discover a beautifully painted mural of the ocean using a multitude of colors upon the schools wall. Although the colors weren't the social norm. An orange sea, a purple squid, sea foam green clouds, yellow kelp but it was all hypnotizing in its own sense. After that day Tōsokurui was never teased again by the students in his class and later promoted to genin status.
((So in regards Kanboku(Ink Technique) Post reduction +1 and Kanboku(Ink Based Chakra Cost Reduction). My question being if whether or not it stacks with my bloodline. I ask this due to the fact my bloodline techniques are ink based though not necessarily brush and ink based. Since Kanboku was ideally designed to compliment the Ukyo clan preferably. Although I assumed the two would synergize. Also the Blood Bender Discipline states: "additional" 3 custom bloodline techniques. This would imply adding 3 extra custom jutsu slots on top on the initial eight correct? Making 8 Jutsu and 3 Bloodline or is there a custom bloodline technique limit? If so, I couldn't find it. Also if it's not too much trouble in regards to Bukijutsu in general. What does the X Rank refer to, I realize it's a variable? Is it the relative to the ninjas rank itself or can the ninja alternate it's strength based on chakra/stamina usage in order to overcome enemy jutsu? I'm sort of confused about how that system works. Also the slashed custom techniques are merely place holders until I've submitted them for approval once my questions are cleared.))

Okie doke~ You've got just one thing to fix I think. For ability modifications, we use specific modifiers to describe how greatly the ability is increased. For example, 'my shinobi can run slightly faster than others of the same rank. These modifiers are: slightly, mildly, moderately, heavily, greatly, and supremely. In a PA, you can only go up to 'slightly' for free, and 'moderately' if you give up something else. Each of these modifiers is basically 1/6 of a rank. Once you get 'supremely' in an ability, then it's increased by a rank. Meaning a character with 'supremely increased agility' get +1 rank to a physical attack (B would become A rank speed, but remain B rank strength; easier to block than dodge).
With that in mind, you will need to add 'slightly' to your Multi-Jointed Personal Attribute.
As for your questions, I'm waiting on an answer for the first one, so I'll let you know as soon as I do. The Blood Bender discipline increases the total custom jutsu to 11 from 8, but 3 must be dedicated to bloodline. You can have more than 3 custom bloodline techniques, but no less.
X-rank refers to a technique that's strength is based on how much chakra/stamina you put into it, meaning you can use E-rank chakra/stamina for a light attack, or pump as much into it as you want. Most people don't go past S, but it has been done. The ranks refer to how strong and fast the technique is, and X is completely dependent on how much chakra/stamina you're willing to spend. Keep an eye on technique descriptions because some require you to train each rank of strength.

His sizable paint brush strapped securely on his back looked ready to paint a mural if it had to. The sun had just set and clouds began to roll in, of course it was always cloudy here. "Kumokagure...bloop." The man sounded uncertain. He was told that he had to venture forth, away from the land of tea, to this place. Suddenly the uncertain look on his face became excitement. Although he did not show it with a grin or smile his body was brimming with energy at exploring this new and unknown territory.
Tōsokurui then began a brisk walk toward to gate only to be met with a shuriken nearly embedding itself into his left foot. Stopping with what would sound like the squealing of a sudden brake Tōsokurui would look up having gripped his paintbrushes shoulder strap in surprise. "State your business outsider!" he would hear from the throat of a young kunoichi, a genin by the looks of it. Tōsokurui stared awestruck, it had been awhile since he'd spoken to someone. What should he say? What should he do? Then memories of his father flooded in as his words echoes in his head. "Remember son, women care deeply about their melons. Especially if their smaller than their rivals. Realize that it is only natural for you to love them as much as they do. Show interest in their melons and they will show interest in you...bloop."
With that memory in mind the mans arm extended like a flash of lightening bridging the distance between him and the kunoichi. Needless to say after a brief silence, a bloop, and a shriek, chaos erupted. When the madness settled Tōsokurui was taken into custody where he later explained his situation. A member of the scarce Hoju clan the from Land of Tea was to be sent on journey to Kumogakure to obtain further knowledge about the ninja and put his skills to use. Unfortunately for him he had forgotten his clans basic training and thus has been going through steps to learn and master them once more utilizing the guide he was given by his parents.
Prior to that Tōsokurui would have to start at square one within the villages own academy. Training in the basics was a simple enough task. Tōsokurui approaching each situation in unconventional ways. His extendable arms, pale skin, and later discovered color blindness where all ammunition for the students who either envied him or simply disliked him. Their mocking didn't bother him much however, and was usually met with a few bloops and him ignoring the naysayers entirely. That was, until the day he was mocked stating he could never be any form of artist because he could not see color. A violent anger began to well inside of Tōsokurui but then...it stopped. He smiled and then ditched the rest of that days class. When class was dismissed the students and faculty would discover a beautifully painted mural of the ocean using a multitude of colors upon the schools wall. Although the colors weren't the social norm. An orange sea, a purple squid, sea foam green clouds, yellow kelp but it was all hypnotizing in its own sense. After that day Tōsokurui was never teased again by the students in his class and later promoted to genin status.

Axel was born to the 73rd head of the Storn family, trained in the basics of sword play to be sent to the Village Hidden in the Clouds once he has come of age. He was the youngest of three, having two loving older sisters who trained under his father, to the protest of many of the elders. He spent most of his time in the mountains, going through hard training and gaunt meals, but other than that lead a very uneventful life, except for two episodes: when he was seven, as part of his training, his grandfather was to set on fire a field so he would escape, overcome by fear, Axel found himself surrounded by the burning blaze and would have died if it wasn’t for his father.

As she got older she started to develop the power to control paper. ( A distant bloodline holder of Origami no Dara ) Starting with small butterflies. The villagers found out and weren't too accepting; so they ran her out of Kiri, using torches and pitchforks. Some people launching jutsu at her. She managed to escape but not unscathed. She had gotten a mild stab wound and a burn wounds along her arms. She ran as long as she could before she collapsed from exhaustion. Luckily, she was seen by a ninja from the Cloud Village and rescued her. When she awoke in the hospital a week later, her arms were wrapped and healed. She was then given to the local orphanage, were she grew up until she was twelve. She got her own apartment. She is now fifteen and has graduated from the academy and is ready to serve her village.
Genin
Dai studied under Sypher Senju for the longest time. He was her first teacher. As Genin, She meet and became close friends with, Kyo Inuzuka and Fuyu Aoi. Where they adopted each other as brother and sisters.Though Fuyu never spent much time in the team. Dai hardly got to know Fuyu. But grew rather close to Kyo. As the months past, she became strong and pushed herself to be better. She became older and grew tired of the rank Genin. One day well working towards training stronger techniques. Dai met the man that was going to change her life for years to come. Kein Uchiha. she was personally asked by this man to become a Onin (Shinobi hunter). She agreed and transferred squads. Dai learned quickly became stronger each teaching Kein offered her. She became close to him and he to her. Kein one day asked her to be come his personal apprentice in the arts of being a Hunter. He continued teaching her. Dai started dating Zetsu Uchiha, a teammate of her's. She was reunited with her long lost brother, Shiro Imatokai, months later. As a year passed, peace was throughout Kumo. The villagers rejoiced and through a celebration. About a month passed and Sypher and dai had a falling out over a few things. But he came to her needing help. Something had happened to him that caused her, in the end, to kill him after Sypher attacked Raikage Kinpaku. She carried the bleeding and slowly dying, Sypher off to a training ground where he had taken her. There, Dai used Chishiki Raijo [ Knowledge Removal Technique ] to the extent of completely erasing Sypher's memories of Kumo. She took him to the gates of Mist and left him there, she walked back to Kumo with a broken heart for doing that to her first teacher. But as a Onin it was her duty to take him down the way she did. After informing the Raikage of her acts, Dai was promoted. She stood as a Chuunin.
Chuunin
Shortly after her promotion, Dai walked around in a dark daze. She couldn't bring herself into killing Sypher but only left an empty shell of the once great Bird Sage at the gates of Kiri. Kein would keep watch over her after she had told him of how she became a Chuunin. Dai would stare at her right hand constantly, remembering her lies she spoke and the lives she had drowned in such hellish lies. When she told Kyo, she had lost the trust that Kyo had in her. She married Zetsu short later on, changing her name to Daitomi Uchiha. She was about to ask to become a teacher when Kein had requested her and Sukai Chiryo-shi to join him in his travels. During their travels, dai began feeling distant from Zetsu. A feeling she never wanted to feel with someone she cared for. Dai sent an Origami hawk off to Kumo from Konoha, it carried her Uchiha clan crest, her wedding ring, and a letter to Zetsu. She knew every well it would break his heart. But she wasn't willing to feel alone in the world again. Kein pushes her training and pushes her to get stronger. She stays by his side, for he is, besides Shiro, the only one that would ever understand what makes Dai, herself.
Jounin As time came to be, Dai grew stronger under Kein's watch. Shortly after Kein left the village. Dai continued her work. After a short time, Kinpaku had asked her to hunt him down and stop and nothing to end him. Though her feelings eventually got in the way. She was in love with him. She watched as he destoryed Yuki and went to Konoha. She followed him anywhere. Eventually Konoha was attacked and Dai finally attacked Kein. Aiming to kill him, she had failed. He vanished again. Dai returned to Kumo. Over time, Dai was discovered by her twin brother, Daisuke. Who was eventually killed during the nibi attacks. She never got to spend anytime with her brother. Over several months, Dai focused on her training, awaiting the day when Kein would take revenge on her. She met Myurai Hattori. During their time together, he gave her an ice seal which she could use to defend with the day Kein chose to attack.A while later, during her route through the village, she discover Samuru Sanmiitai outside of the gates. She saved his life, which later he would repaid. And when Kein finally did challenge her, they fought and Dai made the final blow. Killing the powerful Uchiha once and for all. Before erasing his memory, she took both his eyes. Saving them. During the attacks of UHV and the Nibi, Dai and Samuru ran the front line attacks against the fire kitty. During one of the attempts to stop the beast, Samuru and Dai got caught; the beast took advantage. Dai would lose her left eye, impairing her sensor abilities to half. Shortly after recovery, Dai vanished into the mountains, needing time to herself and needing some quiet time. She would return a few months later, Dai would return. Hoping Kinpaku would approve her request to get the implant surgery done. Instead, she was handed a squad of her own and was quickly set off on a mission. [more to be added later]

Polite to her betters and almost to the same extent with her equals, or at least those she sees at her level. When agitated she has a habit of biting her bottom lip and due to this tic of hers she generally keeps her mouth covered by a mask. When not covered by a real mask her face holds of a more mental mask, a near constant smile bordering on unnerving. Its when she's alone with a patient or in a fight that her true face shines through the weathered mask. The fake smile replaced by the genuine article , spread across her face will be a wicked smirk. Her eyes will dance with excitement as her every fiber aches to peel back the persons flesh... to play with their broken bodies and/or minds. Deborah had a rather... rocky childhood, never getting along with her father being the one that killed the love of his life. However at the same time she was never allowed to leave their house due to the uniqueness to her eyes. Born with her mothers Kinmukugan, the golden iris a prized trophy to be plucked from her eye sockets. The only thing stopping her father from doing it himself was the uncanny resemblance she carried to her mother. While this may have saved her from being cast into the streets or sold to the highest bidder it did not stop him from taking his anger out on her small frame. Near constantly carrying a full pattern of bruises on her body, from all manner of devices but none more common than his belt. The physical abuse slowed to a crawl around her fourteenth birthday, replaced by physiological assaults now that she was old enough to be trusted leaving the house.
Her fathers savings starting to empty with him being a lay about drunk, practically refusing to do any work, he enlisted her into Otogakure's academy thinking once she graduated he would have money flowing into to the house to feed his relationship with the bottle. Even if she always felt her treatment at home was wrong she had nothing else to compare it to. This changed once she began taking regular classes at the academy, almost assaulted with good feelings and fair treatment. It was a shock to her system trying to adjust to not flinching when someone raised their hand near her. Over the coming years of study she leaned closely into the subject of Eiseijutsu. During her studies of the human body she began to feel a hatred boiling in her stomach. Over time she learned what it meant, she felt she could get away with murder using all the knowledge she had accumulated over her enrollment. On one stormy night she had decided to use her new found skills to do away with her tormentor... she was about to commit patricide. With the clock chiming midnight she awoke, her stomach twisting with butterflies as she climbed out of bed. Taking a scalpel from beneath her pillow she crept down the stairs to the living room. A twisted smile twitched at the corners of her lips as she appeared behind her fathers chair. Wanting to have him awake to experience the full pain of her plan she shook him. But no response came from her short fused father, a second shake... still nothing. Her smile forming into a scowl she walked out in front of the chair, the dim light from the fireplace illuminating her fathers dead face. Her vengeance stolen from her, the fool had drank his liver into failure. She stabbed his dead hand hoping for a spark of anything.
But nothing emerged from his empty eyes. Having her vengeance ripped from her was the last nail in her metal stabilizes coffin. She dropped her scalpel onto the floor beneath her, dropping to her knees, and released a dreadful wail. Her voice must have carried far as it didn't take long for her neighbors to bust down the front door to find the source of the panic. Assuming she was just stricken with the grief of losing her father the neighborhood and to an extent her classmates treated her like a flower on the eave of wilting. Soon she learned to make a mask out of her face, covering her disdain for everyone around her, her frowns replaced by a near constant smile dancing on her lips. Over the remaining years of her time in the academy she focused her studies on Eiseijutsu, climbing quickly in her classes. On the day of her final tests she found she had an embarrassing lack of affinity with Bushin no Jutsu, forcing her to almost retake the tests. Luckily for herself she did well enough in her other categories to allow her to pass the academy.

You're good to go. Post your profile (using my layout please) before you post in the village again. Also, you'll need to come up with a good reason for disappearing in character for months. I would recommend speaking with AandOE; maybe he can give you some information to report or something. =)
I apologize, I'm not in charge of approving profiles, but no one else is doing it. I approved one because it was a re-approval. It had nothing to do with ignoring them.
A couple things. First off, neither of your PAs are approved. You cannot increase stats by whole ranks. We have a system of modifiers that are as following: slightly, mildly, moderately, heavily, greatly, and supremely. You may increase a stat 'slightly' permanently at the cost of one PA, or 'mildly' at the expense of something else. Each modifier is 1/6th of a rank, and once you get 'supremely' in a stat, it is increased by one rank.
Second, I need you to set in stone what your elements are. Once your profile is approved, you cannot change them.
