Bleh today has been a horrible day....
and I mean for the duration I've been conscious type of day, 4 AM this morning till now...
Woke up with a Migraine, was extremely Nauseous, took medicine, couldn't go to sleep so I thought I would dull it out in the shower, after dousing my head in nice warm water I puked >.< (HORRIBLE experience), stayed awake till 6 am or something, took a nap, had a headache again, had a fairly ok rest of the day though my throat was soar and still is, and now have a nose bleed @__@ which has reminded me of all that...
Oh well... I guess everyone gets a bad day every once in a while.
I think I should go to sleep and end this day... >____<
So Night~ I go to sleep!

Hope you get better soon! Sounds like quite the migraine. For the next while, it's best if you eat foods that aren't too stimulating (like spicy food), that have lots of vitamins (fruit), and get plenty of rest. Maybe try not to stare at the computer screen too long (if you are on the computer a lot, that is).
Using your entire hand, "pinch" (more like grab xd ) the back of your neck, if your headache doesn't go away. I'm not sure about the theory behind that, but perhaps it eases the nerves that run up the spinal cord and your neck to your head?
I have these suction mini-bottle/jar things. Whenever I have a headache, I put one of those on the back of my neck. It does hurt around that area (feels like the thing is going to suck my neck into it), but leave it on for 15 minutes and take it off. If your headache is serious, the area where the jar was put onto (after you take the jar off and look at it, using mirrors or something) will be dark purple. A medium one would probably be red. It's like all the pain from your headache gets pulled out. eek
So if you don't have the jar, then you could resort to pinching the back of your neck. >.<
Well, whatever you decide to do, the most important outcome is getting rid of that drastic migraine. Rest well! 3nodding |
