********' A, I'm tired.
Three hours of Belegarth, only stopping for a cumulative twenty minutes of water breaks. Following that, I climbed up into a barn and pitched something like two hundred and fifty heavy bales of straw. My right leg isn't bending easily on its own and my hands are twitching like crazy.

That thing reminds me of pengu.
Sorry to say it brookman, but I think the pitching hay is a bit more strenuous then running and cycling.
Considering I love to ride my bicycle. (Not to Queen however) So, when I had to move 250+ Steel rims in one morning at Honda. (Grrrski) I was damn pooped my arms and upper body were dead. Riding a bike doesn't help anything but your cardio really. Maybe your legs, but that's what leg presses are for.
And I don't see why anyone would want to do a weiner showing contest here... It seems, rather... Silly.
