☽ XXXX The black wolf looked to Lily as she spoke her warning to him. Gently he nuzzled her hand, as he rather enjoyed her presence. After a moment he moved from her side and bowed his head to her before walking off, treading down the hall.

XXXX The wolf stalked through the hall, and swiftly made it to the ground floor. His ears falling flat on his head while a snarl took over his features. Jumping and pushing open the door to the alley, thankfully not breaking the door, he made his way into the night. With the door closed he finally released his own howl, signalling his hunt was just beginning. Easily he found the yellow wolf and that menacing growl permeated the night. XXXX☾

"Everything is here for a purpose. Mine was to meet you."

Lily gave a broken smile as her black prince nuzzled into her free hand. She gently gave him a rub before he moved away, giving her a bow with the head and left. She watched him walk the hall until he was out of sight. Gods how did she ever want to run after him, keep him in her apartment and keep him safe but she knew she could not do that. She would only get in the way if she followed him.

After a couple a minutes of just standing in the hallway to make sure no one came out of their apartment and screamed to see a giant wolf, Lily went back into her apartment. She closed the door but she did not lock it so Erik could come back in. She was about to take a step forward when she heard a howl that didn't seem to far away. She froze in spot for a moment before turning around and was ready to burst out the door but stopped herself when her hand was on the door. ' You are only going to get in the way...' Erik got hurt last night because she did not stay inside and she was not going to risk him getting more hurt by her actions. Frustrated, The young woman stepped away from the door and went back to the couch. Before sitting down she picked up and folded Ericks close and put them on one side of the couch before sitting down. She grabbed Ericks jacket and held it close to her as her stormy eyes were locked on the door as she waited for her black prince to return. She wanted to stay up until Erik had return but do to all that had been happening her and lack of sleep, Lily ended up drifting off to sleep with Ericks jacket in her arms.

"It's time for some fun!"

*** XXXX As the loud howl pierced the night the yellow wolf turned toward the sound and took of running. There he was standing, in the same place as last night. She could still smell her blood on the ground, and that enraged her even more.


XXXX Quickly she bared her teeth at the other wolf and with a bark she launched herself into the fight. She'd prove that she was more worthy as a pack mate than the fragile human. Her pride wouldn't let her stop until she achieved her goal, and brought him back to her side. Sure he was stronger, but she was faster and more agile. Which she proved as she jumped over him and attacked his hind leg with a savage bite trying to incapacitate him. But when he responded and threw her into the wall she was shocked, momentarily forgetting how strong he could be. She let out a whine and a yelp before darkness surrounded her. XXXX***

☽ XXXX When tthe black wolf came to the familiar part of the alley way he spotted the yellow wolf that he was hunting. His stance was relaxed not responding to her growls or her snarling. Instead he slowly lowered his head and prepared himself for the fight, they'd spared in their past life and he knew her fighting style.

XXXX He howled in pain when he felt her bite in his hind leg. But he was expecting it and quickly flipped to latch onto the back of her neck. She squirmed but using his superior strength he easily subdued her. After throwing her rather harshly into the building he pounced on her again, effectively knocking out the other wolf. During the fight both had some bite marks and scratches that would last through the night, but nothing to severe. After a moment of the yellow wolf sleeping he picked her up by the scruff of her neck and began to drag her back into the building. Once inside he continued dragging her and limping himself towards his human's home. An elderly woman had opened her apartment, but with a growl from the black wolf she quickly retreated and he could hear a satisfactory lock. When he finally made it to Lily's apartment he was able to easily open the door and then pulled the smaller yellow wolf and unceremoniously dropped her in the kitchen. Finally out of danger he had the foresight to close the door and began to lick at his hind leg wound, whining softly. With the added weight of Maya the wound was aggravated but thankfully didn't bleed too much. XXXX☾

Lily did not wake up till it was close to sun rise and the only reason why she woke up was do to being cold. She shifted, curling up into a ball to get more warmth but she shot up in a matter of seconds as she realized that she had fallen asleep. She looked to the door to see it wide opened and seeing that made her get on her feet faster then a kid getting out of bed on christmas morning. "Erik..."

Quickly she made her way to the door, taking a look out in the hall before looking back into her apartment to see two wolves in her kitchen. " Erik!" Shutting the door, Lily quickly ran to the black wolfs side as she saw bits of red on his fur and on the kitchen floor. " What happened?" She asked herself out loud, looking at his wound then at the other wolf that was past out. Getting up she went to the sink, getting a wet cloth to clean the wound better. Kneeling down in front of Erik she rubbed his cheek a little. " Sorry if this hurts." She said softly as she moved her hand away and gently started cleaning the wound. She knew very well he may and could bite her but that was something she was willing to do if it meant she could help him even if it was a little.

*** XXXX While Maya was unconscious she changed, beneath the blanket that Erik had provided. Her wounds would be more visible now as a human, as she had a stream of blood crawl down her face. The bruising on her throat and head,
not to mention the bite marks and scratches were more apparent now,
but for this moment she would sleep in peace.

☽ XXXX When Lily had finally woken up and rush to his side the large wolf looked to her,
and had to hold himself back as he whined from her cleaning his wound.
After a moment or two he turned to give an appreciative lick to her face.
Slowly the wolf could feel the sun inch it's way back and the moon retreating. Quickly he stood and still limping grabbed a blanket from the couch. He covered the female wolf and curled up beside Lily, laying his weary head in her lap.

XXXX The wolf was tired and not one to worry of his coming change. Instead his exhaustion caught up to him, and he easily found himself falling asleep. While the wolf paid no heed to the sun, it paid heed to him. In his sleep he changed, a much softer version of the one before. Still while the wolf changed he let out whimpers of pain, and then the groans of a man as Erik came back curled beside Lily. XXXX☾

It pained her as she could hear Eriks whimpers as she cleaned his wound. When she was done cleaning the wound to the best of her ability she received a kiss from the black wolf. She let out a light laugh before wiping her face with her arm. When Erik got up and started limping away she turned quickly to his direction and was about to get up to stop him. " Wait Erik you shouldn't be moving!" She said but then she realized that he was taking the blanket off from the couch and placing it over Maya.

Lily remained seated on the floor and watched the limping wolf come back and curl up beside her. " Erik..." She gently stroked the wolfs head what was fur but soon turned into human hair. When Erik was back into his human form, Lily stayed by his side for a few moments to make sure he was alright as she was still stroking his hair. When she was sure Erik was alright she gently placed his head down before getting up and went to her room to grab her pillow and blanket off her bed. She came back and covered the young man up with her blanket before gently raising his head up to put a pillow under it. Lily looked over to where the yellow wolf was to see Maya laying there. The frail woman made her way to the kitchen to grab a clean yet cloth and started to clean any wounds she had and blood off her face. Lily may not like the idea of Maya being Eriks ex girlfriend but she was not going to just let her bleed out like this.

"It's time for some fun!"

*** XXXX Maya was lost in the exhaustion that typically followed a change. However she was being pulled from that deep dreamless sleep by a gentleness on her face. Slowly she came to consciousness but remembering the previous night she didn't immediately open her eyes. Instead she noted the soft weight of a blanket, the coolness of wooden floors, and the absence of any wind. She was inside, her nose told her Erik was close by and that frail little slip of a girl too.


XXXX When the cool rag touched a tender spot she winced and let out a groan. Slowly a bright green eye unveiled itself and stared at the stormy grey eyes of the human tending to her wounds. Maya looked to her warrily before speaking in a harsh, and sore voice. "What happened?" She asked lightly moving to touch her neck, she'd been pulled by it for awhile a common hold while in their other form. But the fuzzy feeling in her head gave her more concern. Had she been a normal wolf Erik might have cracked her skull. Then again if she was a normal wolf she wouldn't have gotten into that fight anyway. Due to not knowing the situation and her injuries the young woman stayed perfectly still and waited for Lily to explain.XXXX***

"Everything is here for a purpose. Mine was to meet you."

Lily could hear groans coming from the blonde she was tending to and she stopped what she was doing. She watched the blonde carefully to make sure that Maya was alright and that nothing was wrong. " You got into a fight with Erik and he brought you back here." Lily explained, though she was not for sure what happened last night after Erik left, though it was safe to say that they two fought and Erik brought her back here.

" Wait here for a moment." Lily got up and went to the bathroom with the now two cloths covered in blood. She placed the two cloths in the sink and washed her hands before opening the cubert the mirror and grabbing some pain killers. She then went to her bedroom and grabbed a plain black tank top and sweat pants for Maya to use. She returned to the kitchen, grabbing a glass of water before kneeling down beside Maya. She had the spare cloths in her lap, water in one hand and the pain killers in the other. " Here, this will hopefully help with the pain. I have some cloths that you can use and you are welcome to use the shower if you wish. Though... There is not really any hot water."

*** XXXX Maya listened to the explanation, when Lily moved away she looked to Erik. There he was curled on the floor sleeping peacefully. Slowly she rose and sat up the blanket thankfully covering her. When the human returned with pills and rags Maya ignored the pills and instead drained the glass of it's water.


XXXX When she was done she sighed and shook her head at the pills. "Pills don't help us...doesn't really work when we're so close to the moon." Her green eyes looked back to Erik for a moment and looked back to Lily, "You'd aught to know that now that he's taken you as pack." She growled out the words and looked to her empty glass. After a moment she took one rag that was offered, "Thanks." she mumbled while the blonde woman tapped at her head wound, the bleeding was slowing thankfully. Thinking for a moment, and smelling Erik's scent all throughout the apartment gave her pause for a moment. Her eyes widening in shock "He changed in front of you..." Maya whispered to herself and turned shocked eyes to Lily before she narrowed them in her anger. While she may be injured her fury was always easy to tempt out of her. XXXX***

When Maya said that the pills would not work she glanced down at the pills for a moment before looking back at Maya. It must be hard not being able to do anything to help with the pain when the change happened. They had to go through it three times every month. Then again, just like Lily you get use to the pain and just live with it.

When the blonde thanked her Lily gave her a small smile and a slight nod. " Your welcome." She said as she placed the clothes that she got Maya beside her. " These should fit you." The clothes were a little big on her so they should fit Maya as the yellow wolf did not seem that much bigger then Lily. "Part of the pack?" She did not fully understand what Maya was saying. Lily looked over at the sleeping Erik before looking back at the yellow wolf to find her emerald glowing eyes glaring at her with anger. " I get that you are mad at me... But... Leave Erik alone. He has been through enough pain." The smaller female said as she looked into the blonde woman's eyes with a serious face, not showing any fear.

*** XXXX Maya wasn't exactly shocked when Lily seemed unaware of the fact she was marked. Erik was horrible at explaining things, and she was a human. However when fear flew from her scent the young blonde was shocked. But only for a moment, soon she scoffed and let out a harsh laugh. "Oh please. He's caused more harm then he's gotten." Thinking about the pain of his eloping had on her cause a dark shadow to fall over her face.


XXXX With rage in her eyes Maya tossed the bloodied rag at Lily and jumped up to kick Erik in the back. She glared to Lily next before she collected the clothes and walked toward the bathroom leaving Lily with "Don't talk about what you don't know human." She snapped at the human girl before slamming the door and locking it behind her in her anger. XXXX***

" I understand that he hurt you when you left but that dose not mean creating more harm will do you any good." Lily knew that Maya and Erik were together when he left the pack and it must of hurt Maya... But attacking him like this was not going to help her any. A bloody rag was tossed at her and the smaller female flinched a little.

When Lily looked back to were Maya was she was on her feet and went over to Erik, kicking him. " What are you doing!?" Lily got up quickly and went to Erik, ready to fight Maya if she had to in order to protect Erik. Though kicking Erik was the only harm that Maya did before she stormed off to the bathroom. Letting out a sigh, Lily kneeled down and made sure that Erik was alright from taking the kick but it was hard to tell do to the fact he was still out. Lily laid down beside Erik that was not covered in blood and gently stroked his hair as she waited for him to wake up or Maya to get out of the shower.

☽ XXXX Darkness was being a great friend to Erik, keeping him comfortable in it's embrace. And yet a sharp sense of pain laced through the veil of darkness and pushed him back into consciousness. Without his knowledge he let out a groan before bright blue eyes slowly unveiled themselves to the waking world. Groggily he looked to Lily as her face was the first thing he saw. He smiled to her, a sleepy but true smile. "Good morning beautiful." He said with a harsh and gruff voice.

XXXX After feasting his eyes on Lily his nose reminded him of the other scent, Maya's. He turned to where he left her the previous night. Not seeing her he looked confused but calmed when he heard the shower going. "Guess it's ladies first today." He chuckled, and groaned as he did. After a moment he gently moved to run a hand through Lily's hair he sighed, "How are you doing? Last night must have been rough." He rolled his shoulders and took a mental check of his pains while he talked with Lily in that same gruff voice. XXXX☾

Lily remained by by Eriks side quietly as she waited for any sign for him to him waking up. Soon she got her sign when a groan came from him. Her hand stopped stroking his hair and watched him carefully as she waited for those beautiful blue eyes that she loved so much. The little rabbit got what she wanted and saw those beautiful blue eyes of his. She wanted to just leap onto him and hug him, not wanting to let go but she knew that he was pain and doing so would only cause him more pain.

Instead she got as close as possible to him, not caring about any blood that might get on her and nuzzled her face into his should as she clinched onto the blanket to hold back the urge to jump onto him and hug him. She was happy that he was awake but from the sound of his voice she could tell he was in pain and it frustrated her as she knew there was nothing she could help with the pain. " If she hadn't woken up first she would of been last..." Lily muttered into his shoulder before she felt his loving hand run through her hair which calmed her down a little. " Im fine...How are you?" She asked as she raised her head up a little to look at him.

☽ XXXX Erik smirked as Lily cuddled up to him. Without any hesitation he threw his arm around Lily and pulled her close. "I've never been better beautiful." He whispered to her and pressed a kiss to her forehead. He chuckled and pulled back for a moment.

XXXX The young man slowly sat up, mindful to keep himself covered but sitting up pushed the scars and bruises on his chest. Looking around he noticed the signs of a large wolf messing up an apartment. He sighed and scratched the back of his head before looking back to Lily with remorse. "I'm sorry...looks like I messed things up in here. And then brought a not so friendly woman back." He sighed and gently stroked her cheek looking to Lily he gave her a remorseful smile. Hoping that she wasn't upset at all the various reasons she should be upset. XXXX☾
