He continued to run his fingers through her hair slowly. He smiled softly as he watched her and he hoped she didn't fall asleep on him.

She rolled her head to look up at him with a soft smile.  

[NightWerewolf]

"Almost thought you were going to fall asleep on me for a second their." He said softly, speaking just above a whisper.

"It does sound like a good idea." She matched his whispering tone, but not sure why.  

[NightWerewolf]

"If you really want to go ahead. I won't go anywhere." He said with a little bit of a shrug so he wouldn't disturb her positioning.

"I wouldn't want you bored though." She would probably do it if he was able to draw or something but they were laying down and anything at that angle would be difficult.

"I'll be fine. Chances are I'll end up falling asleep to." He told her with a smile.

She was glad he said so, because with him playing with her hair it was becoming hard to keep her eyes open. She brought one hand up to her necklace and played with it a little as she started to drift off.

He smiled softly as he watched her play with the necklace he had given her and continued to gently run his hand through her hair. After a few moments he kissed her brow lightly, just checking to see if she was still awake.

She smiled a little as she slept her hand dropping to her stomach.

He looked her over, realizing she was asleep and laid his down against the ground. He moved his hand over hers and closed his eyes as he started to drift off himself.

She curled into him as she slept.

His armed pulled her a little closer before he finally fell asleep.

Bernadette woke up a few hours later. Confused at first and then happy to be wrapped in Alex's arms. She tries not to move to much, not wanting to wake him. The sun was beginning to get lower in the sky. She knew she'd have to get back to reality soon.

Alex woke up a few minutes after she did, blinking a little as he did so. He opened his eyes and was a bit surprised to find Bernadette in his arms. He smiled softly and kissed her cheek. "Hey their. Guess we both dozed off huh?"
