The captain seemed to be unloading some cargo and was flexing for his crew mates inspiration. Shiro ran up and handed him the scroll."Delivery." Shiro then took off as the Captain opened the scroll and read the contents."Meet me 1NM from the Oto gates, where we will fight with our manly spirits and muscle!" The captain tore the scroll in half as his eyes burned with a fiery spirit."MEN WE SAIL!"

Noctis stumbled coughing into the gates area, he wasn't too close to the main entrance but off to the side where he could hide easier. He just needed to be near the main gates so he could see his ride out in the distance. He looked at the wall surrounding the village. It wasn't that bad, 25 meters high at the max, he was sure he could probably climb a tree to get close to that and jump the rest. It makes sense that the wall wouldn't be so high, It would probably be insanely costly for them to build a anti chakra wall that's super tall. It seemed to be a hard concrete like material. He could most likely bust through as well. He just needed a second to focus.

Frankie followed the intruder's chakra 'scent' all the way to the gates. Having kept out of visibility the entire duration to the front doors due to his rather unique way of tracking, he was certain that his quarry was now paused, waiting for something to occur. Unfortunately, Goon was well behind, getting patched up from his hat being skewered back in the restaurant. Without the big lug around to finish the job, all Frankie could do is bide his time before eventually tackling the mysterious man once he was off-guard and Goon had caught up.

Noctis was focusing on the wall when a sudden flow of hostile emotions could be felt. The hairs on the back of his neck stood on end. Noctis slowly turned his head in the Imp's direction. As if staring directly at him, This would normally stun or shock a person who believed themselves to be undetected. Of course Noctis wasn't looking directly at him but merely in his direction. But due to the distance between the two it would be fairly difficult to tell. If he did have any kind of detection jutsu, it should be canceled by oto's barrier. Unknowing to him or anyone this was a physical skill that Noctis developed over years of training. Noctis could feel that someone was near him, but didn't know where. It didn't seem like the person wasn't going to reveal himself by attacking anytime soon, were they waiting? Noctis focused his physical energy into his arm and raised it into the air. Still looking in the Imp's direction he slowly lowered his arm and with a single finger touched the wall. The ground began to shake tremendously, everything in the vicinity would shake as well. Though this would give away his position due to the noise. The shaking continued and the wall split, due to the type of material the wall was created from which seemed to be from some rock/concrete material the crack began to expand. This released a fine silt into the air, it didn't block vision or anything it just floated through the air as long as nothing got in its way. The earth surrounding the wall began to shift as well. This could lead to some sort of displacement, the wall could fall over due to the soil surrounding it not supporting it properly. Either way, this wall would fall and it was all done without using chakra. Did they think their batteries and anti chakra wall would protect them? If no major move or plan changing event occurred, the wall would collapse and Noctis would use a technique to place himself out above the open water. Where a ship with the captain was waiting for the challenger from the letter he had sent out earlier with the courier. They would be about 1 mile away, which was the limit his technique could take him.

This information wasn't enough to prepare for what happened next, as the barrier wall separating the inside from the outside deeply rumbled. Dust flew through the many alleys and corridors as the section closest to him fell to the ground in a great heap. Sirens blared in the next instant, and as the dust settled, great searchlights would pour over and scour the pile. Frankie, meanwhile, kept to his shadows, tracking and analyzing. As the world shook around him and the walls crumbled, Noctis felt the surge of it, something he hadn't felt in a long time since leaving his village. Power, Control, He realized he still needed these things if he was going to make a difference. The scarf still wrapped around his face to filter some of the dust. Noctis leaped on the broken crumbled parts of the wall, he reached the pointed top of it and balanced on whatever was left of it."A warning to the people, the good and the evil,To the soldier, the civilian, the martyr, the victim THIS IS WAR" Noctis noticed the goon returning lumbering through the alleys from his elevated positions. He tossed a couple explosive tags his way and activated them as they struck the ground at the goons feet. He then turned and vanished from sight for a second only to reappear over the open waters. As he begun to fall a ship was in clear sight right below him. It seemed the captain had taken the bait of his challenge and come to face him. He was all bare chested and everything. He landed and removed his own shirt for a second to flex, his years of training allowed him to him a strong physique, though it seemed the captain trained a little harder to make his bigger. They locked hands in a match to see who could push the other back in with their muscles.In the end, Noctis pushed the captain back a few feet who then fell to his knees in defeat."You won this time, stranger." he said to Noctis who was beginning to feel much better. The sick feeling had vanished from him meaning his chakra had returned. He put his shirt back on and ran towards the end of the boat. Leaping off the edge and towards the water he activated another ability that allowed him to fly. He skimmed the water and flew him and looked back at Oto. He then turned away and flew off out of sight before the Oto helicopters gave chase.

Lumbering his way to the gate, Goon moved through a group of in-the-way soldiers, their bulky armor restricting his large frame from moving too well. There was might a grumbling, but there wasn't much to be had. It was then that some tags fell to the ground, exploding around his unnatural meat shields. Grunts as they were, the armor mitigated some of the damage to them, blowing off a few appendages for sure, but otherwise knocking them well out to the medical ward. Goon, however, dusted himself off of all the little fleshy exploded bits, woozed around from becoming dizzy, and then propped himself up as Frankie arrived. "The trouble has fled the city," he announced, becoming the prop that Goon needed. "A'ight," Goon responded, his vision blurry but able to be healed. In the distance, a crew was already working on the wall's repair.

The journey was a long one all the way to Otogakure. Ever since the boy had entered the village of Sasagi he'd seen posters. Resistance propaganda asking for the aid of shinobi to fight the UHV. Toya was not politically inept like most people in his class. In war one chooses the winning side and so far the UHV did not appear to be in the shambles it was reported to be in. The UHV controlled most of the known shinobi world and Toya wanted in on it. But most importantly he wanted control. Magnus was the emperor of an invisible empire. While it was fitting for someone as Toya he did not find himself at home with their passive aggressive attitude. He wanted something real and visceral. After a couple of days interrogating a select number of individuals, Toya finally discovered where the president of the UHV was based in. This time around, however, Toya was not going to be so naive as he was with Magnus. While on the boat heading to the gates, Toya thought about his clone that had stayed behind with the rogues. That shadow clone would be a valuable piece of intel depending on what the rogues decide to do in the war and a valuable place holder in case President Horace did not take a liking to Toya. From what he had heard about the man...Things might be difficult.
