Cursed Love

Xavier just looked over at her curiously, wondering why she was looking over at him. "Well... We've got a long drive... I'm gonna get a chocolate shake.. Are you wanting one?" He asked quietly, looking calm.

"Sure." she said as she looked back at the road ahead. She was slightly tired but she hoped that it would go away soon.

"Okay..." Xavier replied, focusing on the road as he made his way to a dairy bar. Parking the car, he got out and walked in, coming back out a few minutes later with two chocolate milkshakes in his hand. "Here ya go." He told her, smiling a bit.

She watched him leave the car and she just waited since it seemed like he could handle things. "Thanks." Rina said as she took one of the chocolate shakes. She smiled at him before taking a drink.

Xavier turned on the car, taking a sip of his chocolate shake before putting it in the cupholder and driving off. He nodded, his eyes on the road as he made his way to the mill, needing alot of pet food.

She put her cup down next to his. "So...how are you going to deal with all the rumors about you being gay?" she laughed a little, remembering the little act that he had done.

Xavier paused, he hadn't thought of how he'd clear it up that he wasn't gay, that it was merely a prank to get the girl to leave him alone. "Well... I dunno... I haven't thought that far just yet... Maybe I'll grab you and kiss you in the middle of class during one of those lectures.. Get us both out of class, and we can hang out in the office.. Well no.. I'll do it in History, we'll just be sent out to the hall, and that's our very last class of the day and it almost always has lectures.. So that will work." Xavier told him, flashing her a handsome smile before he focused on the road again.

She laughed a little again. "Nice plan." she said looking over at him, smiling before looking back ahead. History was probably one of her most hated subjects, so she wouldn't mind hanging out with Xavier instead. Rina could just imagine how furious all the girls would be but by now it didn't matter to her.

Xavier chuckled as she laughed, complimenting his sacred plan, little did she know, he was serious. Though, he planned to catch her off guard, just to see what type of a reaction that he'd get from her. He gave another throaty chuckle at the reaction of the class, knowing that he'd get alot of crap for the next few days.

She didn't think that he would actually do it but who knows, maybe he would. Looking out of the side window, she closed her eyes for a few seconds, wondering when they would actually reach the mill. She had never been there since she never had any pets of her own.

After a long while of driving, they made it onto a country road, surrounded by nothing but corn. "Here comes Jeepers Creepers!" He laughed, driving faster and starting to swerve around a bit, with a big grin.

Rina couldn't help but laugh with him as he started to drive faster. She was slightly tired by now from sitting in the car for so long.

Xavier grinned as he pulled into the mill, getting out and looking into the car to see if she was coming with him or not. "You wanna stretch your legs a bit?" He asked with a slight grin. Though he wouldn't admit it, his feet were asleep, and he didn't want her to see him walking weird.

She nodded her head, not wanting to stay in the car any longer. Getting out, she closed the car door behind her and waited for him to do the same as she walked in a small circle.

Xavier chuckled as she began to walk in small circles, starting to talk with one of the employees about what he would be purchasing, and where to get it. As he paid the man, he went to get the bags to start loading the car, occasionally glancing back at Rina to see how she was faring.
