kawaita tsumori ame ga tsuzunaku katari kakeru namida wa seijaku ni...samayou yoru ga akeru"Haha! Of course it looks good. Nikki-san designed it. You cannot go wrong with him. Even blind, I'd let him put me into anything." the young vocalist laughed, pushing his half-eaten tray to the side and sliding to the edge of the bed. "Come on! Dress me, dress me!" he begged, a smile finally plastered on his face, looking truly happy. Getting out of the hospital brightened his spirits to the max. Once he got home, he just knew he would feel a thousand times better. He had to. Anything would be better than this hospital. Being somewhere so familiar would be great too....but then he froze. He would be going home. He had been attacked right there on that couch, where he would be sitting tonight. It scared him. He didn't want to remember....the way Naoko stood over him, that terrifying, twisted look in his amber eyes. That was what separated Naoko from Kai...Kai could never look so full of hate and cold. He just couldn't imagine it, ever. Those two might have looked like twins, but one was dark and the other light. "Everything will be ok, at home, right?" he asked, just needing a little reassurance. karada o tsutau ame ni furueru awai omoi guren no yuuwaku ni...samayou yoru ga akeru

Laughing, Nakai helped Chiyou stand up, carefully undoing the hospital gown. "Just hold still, baka." he teased, the 'kid' nearly overflowing with excitement.
As Kai started to help Chiyou dress, putting one foot into one pant leg then the other into the second and making sure the 'kid's' hands had the pant waistband so he could pull them up himself, Nakai began to wonder how long it would take Chiyou to figure out how to do these simple things on his own.
It wasn't that he didn't enjoy it, far from it. He found it rather sexy... helping the vocalist get into instead of out of his pants for a change. But he knew it would help Chiyou's mindset in the long run.
Nakai lifted one of Chiyou's arms, helping him into the shirt before standing in front of him and beginning to button it up. "Of course everything will be okay at home." the guitarist replied. "It's YOUR home. You'll get to relax all you want and order me around for a few days."

kawaita tsumori ame ga tsuzunaku katari kakeru namida wa seijaku ni...samayou yoru ga akeruGetting dressed was a bit more troublesome than expected. He felt fumbly and awkward, even as the guitarist did the majority of the work for him, but it was done soon enough. It felt good, being in his clothes again. Something he knew he just had to look fabulous in. It gave him a little more confidence. "I know...it just...it's kinda hard knowing I'm going to be there...where all this happened to me. It makes me a little nervous, I guess, but I have to get over it. It's my home, after all. Not like it's gonna happen again, I know. And I'm not gonna order you around...you really think I'm that bossy?" karada o tsutau ame ni furueru awai omoi guren no yuuwaku ni...samayou yoru ga akeru

As Nakai went about gathering Chiyou's things, the man sighed softly. "It'll take time... to not be nervous, I think. But it's your home Chiyou-kun. I won't let anything happen to you. Really."
But then the man smiled, picking up the 'kid's' bag and taking Chiyou's hand in his. "Course you're not that bossy. I just thought you might like to have someone around who you can tell to do things for you for a few days. Think of me as your personal butler." the guitarist laughed softly, letting Chiyou lean on him as they began to walk from the hospital room.
There would be a limo waiting downstairs for them.

kawaita tsumori ame ga tsuzunaku katari kakeru namida wa seijaku ni...samayou yoru ga akeru"I believe you. I trust you with my life." Chiyou smiled, holding Kai's hand tight, squeezing it a little for emphasis. Two people he trusted more than anything, Ishi Ruki and Higuri Kai. The two men he loved most of all, and as long as he had Ishi as a "father" and Kai as his lover, he thought he was going to absolutely fine. If he kept his mouth shut like Naoko had ordered, then things would be juuust fine...until he got his hands on that b*****d. "Butler? Heh...I dunno about all that. Maybe...maybe we could play house, though! you could be my husbando, I'd be a beautiful bride! Hahahah! I want a yellow bouquet of daisies!" Chiyou giggled and teased, nearly falling as he doubled over with laughter...though, in all fairness, with his slight frame and pollen-dust hair he would make a fine spring bride. The ride home in the limo didn't take long at all, and the young star was glad of that. Riding without being able to see made him a bit queasy at first. Something else he had to adapt to. The limo came to a stop and Chiyou was practically scrambling to get out. "Kami-sama, it was like riding in the belly of a boat! Jut get me inside where things aren't moving, ok, Kai?" karada o tsutau ame ni furueru awai omoi guren no yuuwaku ni...samayou yoru ga akeru

It was strange... For someone to trust Nakai with their life. No one had ever said that before really...
"House? But I wanted to be your butler and cater to your every whim!" Kai replied with an exaggerated sigh. "But... I supppppppoooooseeeee," his voice was teasing. "I can humor you with house if you really don't want to have a gorgeous butler hinging on your every command."
Kai leaned over, since they were in the car, and gave Chiyou a soft kiss to the temple.
Once the limo had arrived at the young man's house however, Nakai was quick to get out behind the kid. "Guess I didn't think about how motion might affect you." he admitted, wrapping an arm around Chiyou's waist and guiding him in the front door.
Once inside, Kai made sure that Chiyou was seated comfortably on the sofa. Thankfully the place had been cleaned up... no signs of the previous struggle or blood anywhere.
"So, do you want me to go get dinner now or wait?" he asked, knowing that it was getting later into the day...

kawaita tsumori ame ga tsuzunaku katari kakeru namida wa seijaku ni...samayou yoru ga akeruChiyou curled up on his couch and sighed, glad to be...not moving...and in a place where things smelled and felt familiar. He never realized just how important scent was...but it was a huge deal, he realized now. Huge. "You can go get dinner now. I've had a taste for that chicken for so long now, it's driving me crazy. But...before you go..." the young vocalist reached out until he felt Nakai, and he took the man's hand, pulling him down to his level. "About the whole butler thing...well, I just wanted to say, I'd much rather have you as a partner than a servant any day. I could never act like I'm above you. We're...equals, even when we're just playing, mkay?" he whispered, then tilted his head up and kissed the guitarist's soft lips. "Though...I have to admit, I don't mind being beneath you." he gave a quick jest as he pulled back. "Ok, ok...I'll be sitting right here. Don't forget the stuff for the cookies... honey." he giggled, reaching around for the remote and flicking on the television, a relaxed grin on his face. karada o tsutau ame ni furueru awai omoi guren no yuuwaku ni...samayou yoru ga akeru

When amber eyes finally opened, Naoko stirred ever so slightly in Ryu's arms. He gingerly sat up, still feeling a bit tired but now the rumblings of hunger were beginning to set in.
After all, he'd thrown up breakfast and they'd missed lunch entirely...
But tonight would be different. They'd go out to eat somewhere... somewhere nice and cozy where they could sit in a corner and just be left to themselves. Naoko wanted some sake... warmed to the perfect temperature... it would really hit the spot.
"Ryu-kun..." the blond whispered, leaning over and kissing his lover's cheek. "Wake up, Ryu-kun... I'm going to go back home for a bit, get a change of clothes, but then I'll be right back. I... I was hoping we could go out for dinner..."
Kneeling down next to the sofa, Nakai smiled softly once Chiyou had kissed him. He turned the 'kid's' hand in his own, bringing it to his lips before tenderly placing a kiss on the vocalist's knuckles. "First time anyone's turned down my offer of being their servant... you're quite an odd one, Chiyou-kun." the guitarist whispered, kissing the young man's hand once more before letting go and standing up.
"First thing's first however... you need that chicken!" Kai spoke, his voice and manner obviously teasing. "I wouldn't want you to go crazy from want of fried poultry soooo... I'll go get it AND get the ingredients for some chocolate chip cookies. YOU, rest."
Nakai left, then returned a few seconds later and set a bottle of cold green tea down on the table next to Chiyou. "Just in case you get thirsty. Shouldn't take me more than an hour."
With that, he left, locking the door behind him. The bodyguards followed Nakai, though one remained stationed down the street, just in case of an emergency.

It really was refreshing. He heard the door close and sighed. Even with the television, it seemed eerily quiet to him. Like the beginning of a horror movie. What he would give to be able to see something! But he knew he was ok. Nobody would come for him. Nothing would hurt him. "Hrm? Hmm...uh...ok...." Ryu rolled around, waking up with a bit of difficulty. Seemed he had developed low blood pressure or something. He just felt grumpy...and too hot! "Yeah...we'll go out. Wherever you want, love." he held Naoko for a second and kissed him, then rolled out of the bed like a zombie. "While you're at your place, bring some more of your stuff over here. I seriously need to get some laundry done or we're both going to be walking around naked soon..." he mumbled, shuffling off to the kitchen to get something cold to drink. ~( I’m here )~ Soba ni iru wa~ ~( Believe me ) Osorenai de~ ~Shinjiau koto....~ ~FOR YOU~

"And I have a problem walking around naked because....." Naoko teased, getting out of bed and looking at himself in the mirror. He could really use a shower... change of clothes.... Nodding, the pianist smiled, "But I'll bring over an entire bag. How's that sound?"
By the time Ryu had gotten his drink from the kitchen... well... the blond was already gone.
He hailed a taxi, took it back to his place, and quickly hopped in the shower. Oumori didn't think about anything really, he just got himself dressed and ready for a night out. Hell, he even did his hair properly, making it spike out in all the right places with little upturns at the ends.
After packing a bag full of clothes, the man got back in the taxi, which had been waiting outside his apartment, and headed toward Ryu's once again.
Halfway there though, he told the driver to stop and let him out.
Taking his bag, Naoko's amber eyes looked up at the place where his feet finally found themselves...
Chiyou's.
'I should apologize...' the blond thought, and before he could REALLY think through the consequences of what he was about to do... he knocked on the door.

kawaita tsumori ame ga tsuzunaku katari kakeru namida wa seijaku ni...samayou yoru ga akeruChiyou had nearly drifted off, sitting there. It took him by surprise when he heard the knock at the door. He simply assumed that Nakai had forgotten something. He had only been gone for ten minutes or so, from what he could tell. Rising from the couch, he made his way to the door rather gracefully, not stumbling or tripping at all. He knew this house like the back of his hand, and after as many nights wandering in drunk and navigating his way in the pitch-black darkness, he was able to do this extremely well. Swinging open the door, Chiyou had a kittenish grin beneath his bandaged-over eyes. "Kai-bear! Did my baby forget something?" he chimed cheerfully, wrapping his arms around the guitarist...or so he thought. Pulling the man into the house, he nuzzled him warmly...then froze like a deer in headlights. It all felt right...the...the hair, the shape of everything...but something was terribly wrong. The smell. This wasn't Nakai's smell! Chiyou's lip was quivering as though he were about to cry, or scream, or do something out of sheer terror. He knew...he knew exactly who this was. It was Naoko. He wasn't ready to deal with this...he couldn't face Naoko now? Had Naoko come to finish him off? He didn't have anyone here to protect him...except himself. He had his mind, his body, his will to live...he had all the weapons he needed in himself. Now all he had to do...was fight. Slowly, Chiyou began to back away, halfway crouched as if prepared to spring at any moment, his upper lip even beginning to pull itself back in an animalistic snarl. "If you think you're gonna waltz in here and trick me into just laying down and dying, you're dead wrong, NAKO." he spat the words like poison as he ripped the bandages from his face and glared with his ghostly eyes...eyes that surely Naoko would recognize. Eyes that wanted nothing...but to live. Chiyou could see nearly nothing at first, but after a few quick blinks, he could make out light, and the form before him. It almost seemed as if Naoko were outlined in a reddish glow...perfect for highlighting a target, he thought. Unexpectedly, the kid dashed toward the pianist and lashed out, grabbing him by the neck and throwing him to the ground with a forceful downward rotation, grinding him into the floor with what strength he had. "Why did you do this to me?!" he shrieked, glaring down into what he knew to be Naoko's face. "Why? Why me? Why anyone, at all! The hell is wrong with you!" he was crying....tears of blood coming down his face, a sight that would frighten nearly anyone. He was straining his eyes, and he knew it...but in his fear, he thought it was the only way, the only real chance he had of standing up to Oumori Naoko. Dragging the near-lookalike of Nakai from the ground, Chiyou roared in rage, grabbing a lamp from the nearby side table and hurling it at his enemy's head, narrowly missing, the lamp crashing and shattering against the far wall. "I didn't tell anybody! I didn't! I wanted to protect the one's I love, so I lied! What reason do you have to come back for me?! Hm?! I should just take from you what you took from me, maybe? Eye for an eye?!" he yelled, seeming to be loosing his own sanity in the midst of his rage and terror. Dashing toward Naoko again, the small blond clawed at the pianist's eyes, scratching at them like an angry cat, tearing the skin until it bled, though he failed to pull out an eye before he stumbled, nearly falling into a column in the middle of the room. Trying to catch his breath, he took a defensive stance, trying his best to focus on the man across from him, though it was beginning to hurt him terribly. "Have you nothing to say! Huh!" he screamed, his knees feeling weak as he tried to keep himself together. karada o tsutau ame ni furueru awai omoi guren no yuuwaku ni...samayou yoru ga akeru

Naoko opened his mouth to just get the apology out and done with, but Chiyou clearly thought he was someone else and was pulling him into the room. The front door shut behind them... and it took the 'kid' a few moments to realize that the man he was hugging... wasn't Nakai.
"Chiyou, I..."
But those were the only words that Naoko had time to get out before the young vocalist launched himself at him, ghostly eyes piercing through him.
Please, I just want to go home. There's been some mistake. I'm sure your family loves you very much and they miss you... would you tell me about them? We... well... Misa's in fir... first grade and... and and my... my wife Yukari she... she's expecting a baby boy in a couple of months so... Please... they need me. Just let me go... I won't tell a soul about this. There... there's no harm done, right? Wrong... SNAP You're dead, Nakamura-san. I'd say that's harm enough.
Suddenly, Chiyou was on him, so distracted had Naoko been from his vision of a now dead man. The young man's hands were on his throat, pinning him to the floor.
But Naoko didn't fight back. He gazed up into the grey otherworldly eyes, watched as the blood dripped down Chiyou's cheeks and landed on his own face. But he didn't say a word...
The crashing lamp didn't even make him flinch!
And then, Chiyou was on him again like a fearful animal, clawing and scratching at anything he could touch. When the 'kid' fell back, there were small rivulets of blood trailing down Naoko's fair face, gouges near his eyes, though nothing drastic enough to have blinded the man.
"Gomen nasai..." Oumori whispered, half sitting up against the wall, but still on the ground. "I didn't come here to hurt you again, Chiyou-san... I came to apologize... I... I didn't..." well no, he couldn't really say he DIDN'T mean to tear the 'kid's' eyes out, cause he had... "I never wanted you to see with eyes of a dead man..."
Naoko made sure however, to make no sudden movements. He knew Chiyou had some sort of sight restored, because the young man's aim was too accurate for mere luck. But he didn't want to alarm the boy any more than need be.
"If... if taking what you want from me would quell the pain... do so." the blond whispered, amber gaze focused on Chiyou. "But I only came to apologize. Not to hurt."

kawaita tsumori ame ga tsuzunaku katari kakeru namida wa seijaku ni...samayou yoru ga akeruClinging to the column, Chiyou struggled to catch his breath. His chest burned and his heart raced, the adrenaline flowing through him practically burning his veins. "Wh...what are you saying?" he asked in a loud, demanding voice. He didn't understand...couldn't fathom how Naoko could be apologizing to him for what he had done. "Apologize? For this?!" he pointed to his eyes, the blood from his unfinished healing dripping on the floor. "Maybe I should take them! Maybe I should do worse! What if...what if I went and took away Ryuukaze's eyes? How would you feel? Huh! Tell me, how would you feel!" the kid began to sob and sob, so many conflicting emotions racing through him. Slowly, with one arm wrapped around himself as though his stomach hurt, he began to approach Naoko, his head bent down, hair hanging in his face as he took step after slow step, his free arm outstretched as if ready to pluck Naoko's eye from it's socket. It seemed like an eternity, and Naoko had plenty of time to turn and run...but he hadn't. Chiyou finally stood directly in front of the pianist, his outstretched hand nearly touching Naoko's face. Just as Naoko would expect his eye to be ripped out, the kid's fingers touched his forehead, then slid down to Naoko's cheek, cupping it tenderly. "What could have hurt you so, so bad...that you have become like this? What hurt you so horribly that you would hurt another just to feel...at peace?" the young vocalist sobbed, pulling Naoko to him. To say he wasn't afraid of Naoko anymore would be a lie...he still feared the man...but...he pitied him. "I forgive you...poor, poor Naoko...." he whispered, then sank to the floor, the pianist cradled in his arms. karada o tsutau ame ni furueru awai omoi guren no yuuwaku ni...samayou yoru ga akeru

"If you were to hurt Ryu..." Naoko whispered in shock, surprised that the 'kid' would jump to that conclusion first. "I am apologizing for precisely that reason, Chiyou-san. Take my eyes. I don't care. I wanted to say I was sorry because I want this madness to stop, I..."
But then the vocalist was moving, and Naoko just sat there, moving not a single muscle. "Take your revenge, Chiyou-san." the pianist whispered, amber gaze staring straight into those grey orbs. "Take your revenge for your eyes... for what I did to you... and... and what I did to the man who's eyes you now possess..."
But instead of them being ripped from his sockets, Chiyou was... being gentle?
Forgiving?
"Don't forgive me, Chiyou-san... onegai..." Naoko replied, too shocked by this turn of events to even move. "I don't deserve forgiveness. I've hurt you... hurt an innocent man... and I know I'll do it again. I don't deserve forgiveness or pity... onegai..."
