NO, that's really your neighborhood kid with a pellet gun. It's a good things the stray cats are multiplying faster than neighbours. Soon they'll have a population large enough to overpower any problem children. This almost sounds like the town a friend of mine lives in. There's a massive cat population all over the place, but you never see them until later at night. The city tried to keep it in control, then gave up. Last time we tried to check, we factored 3 cats per person. The town has about 800 people in it. Sometimes the poarch on the end of the street will have 10-20 cats. Just sitting there. Waiting. I suppose the people living in the house earned their favor by feeding them. Or offering their home as a base. I remember sitting out at night, and some people across the street left their door open for a few minutes. In that time, a stray cat ran into their house, and had to be chased out. It's just a matter of time before they come for us.

All the cats near me get eaten by coyotes or foxes, which is why I keep mine indoors.

My cat decided to run around my apartment complex the other day. My little sister let him out. That was fun trying to find a cat who didn't want to be found.

Except it actually was fun, unlike cat wrangling.

A magical land of make believe, of course. Sometimes refered to as Pennsylvania. But I could find villagers if I had to. Or at least some amish.
