Probably not. Self-dye jobs tend to be bad quality. Professional quality is done at a salon and lasts pretty long, and it tends to look BLACK, not like paint (Hot Topic dye.)
I say go for it, but I like the blond. Maybe if you just get black tips, but that's just a suggestion.

Maybe if you just get black tips, but that's just a suggestion. -_- dude, my hair is brown.....not blonde..... i was plannin on black tips but it would be VERY noticeable and my parents would take away ALOT of my rights...

....i would die....
im gonna get dark brown and then slowly dye it from the back under hairs to all the way to the front then i could call it natural and dye it black

I use stuff from CVS or Walgreens. Professional dyes can cost upwards of $65.
