I was going to say that he could probably just pick the glass up with his mouth and tilt his head back, but with a jaw like that *points at Velcore's facial features* he'd probably just end up eating glass if he tried.

Amy slammed her hand down on the bar and smiled brightly at Ryzan. "THAT'S IT! That's what I was missing! Thank you, Ryzan!"
When she heard Karrie, though, she grew confused. "But, I thought one of the first nights that I was bartender here, I got a bowl of water out for him and he still just picked it up with his paws and drank it that way. So I thought a glass would work better this time."
She shrugged and put a straw in the glass. She pet Velcore's head. "Sorry about that, buddy. Maybe I'm remembering wrong."

A bowl is different than a glass. Depending of the shape, he can sometimes balance it on his paws to drink from it. *picks one of Velcore's paws up to show Amy* He doesn't have hands like we do, so he can't grip something like that.
*chirps at Amy and takes the straw in his mouth, not paying attention to Karrie holding his paw up*
*grins at Dame* Well, what would you and the other ladies prefer? wink Oh, I suppose I should include Ryzan in that too.

EDIT: Amy looked at Velcore's paw as Karrie showed it to her. She hadn't thought of him balancing the bowl on his paws. She thought he had simply picked the bowl up to drink from it. Whoops. She simply smiled at Velcore and nodded in understanding.
Then she heard what Kai said.
It was a good thing that Amy wasn't wearing read today. Otherwise, her face would be matching her clothes right about now. Kai's comment made her blush that much, but she didn't entirely mind.
She walked out from behind the bar and went to stand in front of Kai. She looked up at him a little nervously. "Well, if you want you can... you can take one off of me. You'll have to tell me how you... want it."
She blushed again at how that last part sounded, but she didn't know how else to say it. She hurried to get the rest of her words out.
"Uh, since you'll be taking the shot, I think you get to choose where on me you want to take the shot, how you want to take it, and all that. Then I'll make the shot for you before I get in... uh, position if I need to."
She laughed nervously and started to play with her hands a little.

Katana had also explained that it could be done while standing, with the glass held... redface *points down bashfully* ... in... in the waistband.
*blushes again when Karrie brings up the possibility of volunteering himself for body shots*
Gi.... gi ussta.... I think perhaps I should not include myself as a "shot-er", as fair Dame said. It is a bit of an... intimate action.
