World hunger. There's no reason anyone should go hungry in this day and age, and yet people do. :< I guess there just isn't enough food to go around at the same time.

Sometimes yes, sometimes no. It depends on the person and how I know them or how I meet them.
If I'm really tired, for instance, my judgment is going to be rather cloudy.

Yes and no. I have a lot of acquaintances, who sometimes register as friends and a couple of good friends who switch to besties randomly and very few best friends who can become family.
