And once you can successfully create one and make it disappear, try to control its movements. * Cups his hand and a small funnel appears and makes its way to Amethyst before disappearing *

Amy stared at the top in fascination. She was about to reach out and grab it as it came closer to her, but it disappeared before she could touch it.

Still looking at the spot where the top had been, Amy spoke in a soft voice full of awe. "Wow... That was really cool. Not only did you conjure it, but you also controlled its movements."

She looked back at Black. "It's not that I'm having difficulty studying the wind. Actually, it's going quite well. The only weird thing that has happened was during the afternoon a couple days ago. A storm was coming and I realized that I should try to study strong winds, too, not just the gentle ones on a nice day."

She shrugged. "So I went out and started meditating in my garden in front of my house. I never felt a jolt of electricity or anything of the sort. I only ever felt the strong winds around me and focused on absorbing some of it and learning every aspect of it. I was trying to develop a connection with it."

She stepped back a little from behind the bar and held her hands out.

"Then, afterward, my hair looked like this and my clothes were burnt. I never felt anything other than a huge rush of adrenaline. Kai somehow got the extra lightning out of me by casting a spell, but I still have the lightning fused into my hair and I can still feel a little bit of energy surging through me from time to time. It's not a bad feeling. It's like if you drink a lot of caffeine."

She gestured to her outfit. "I've also been feeling a desire to create clothes with elements of the wind in them. Well, wind and electricity. That's what these chains are made of, though they look like they're made of fire. But the skirt and the circle of extremely-condensed air around it are made up of wind. I didn't even know I could make clothes like this. I usually just take a piece of cloth and use my magic to create instant, normal outfits out of the cloth. I've never done anything like this before."

*looks up feeling like Leko is driving daggers into her chest*
maybe that is a good idea...
*cringes feeling the displeased emotion of giving that response from Leko*
