That could be true.. I guess it's just that it's mostly the parents that I know who don't like animals.
Must be because they don't want another burden on them.

Yeah, generally it's parents, but I have one friend who doesn't like animals. At least, he's very picky with what he does like. Lol.
That's probably the case with my Step Dad.
I know my sister's Mom used to have a cat she loved that died, and my sister's suspect she doesn't want to get close to another animal after what happened.
