After a few minutes rest, Celestia stood once more to continue through down the path, walking alongside Aquos. As the path grew brighter, she began to feel more calm about the situation; they had chosen the right path! The lights were so welcoming, so warm, perfect for a princess of the sun. Everything was also becoming much more decorated, more beautiful, as they went. It must be nearing the end of the purple's one's realm of power, allowing the garden to bloom in its full beauty. Oh the music, and this carpet, when did they begin? Had they been there this entire time and, because of her stress, she had been unable to notice. Looking over to her escort, she smiled. "We near the exit, I believe," she commented, her voice full of trusting and hope, as she was.
And then they reached the garden.
Stepping into the clearing, the princess looked about. Who would be observing a wedding, as the decorations suggested, in the middle of such a game? What would possess them to do such a thing? The princess continued to wander, taking in the whole scene, as her eyes set upon the two golden rings. Strange for someone to leave something so important to their union alone like that. Turning to comment about it to Aquos, she caught sight of the golden god, and, her eyes widening, the arrows he held aimed at the two of them.
And then the arrows hit their mark.
Celestia's eyes widened as her heart was struck, her breath sucked from her and leaving her unable to speak out of the shock and confusion. Looking to him, the princess saw he had also been struck and glowed the same as her own. As her breath came back to her, of a sudden, gasping rush, a new feeling, of power, of emotion, filled her body, numbing her fingers and legs momentarily as it flowed. Then she sunk down, the thread between them fading, and with it her strength. What had happened? What was this... all of this? Why? Her eyes returning to her escort's, her face plainly showing her emotions, her fear, for the first time since they had arrived in this place, she hesitantly asked of him, "What has he made of us?"

Round 3 Results (post 7 of 9)
Results for couples who chose path 19 ONLY
======================================================
Quote: 19. You are standing at a crossroads with three choices. Back the way you came, to the North where one group already went, and to the south where the others went. You look on the map for any possible areas that could have 3 paths converging, but unfortunately, there are many places. Time to start figuring this out. You decide to head down the light path to the north so you can keep an eye on the map. Maybe you can catch up to the Pae who already went this direction.
Immediately you regret choosing this path. You caught the tail end of the brutal violation of the Grace of Beauty. It's a tough scene to take in, putting a very real, fearful emotion to this labyrinth nightmare. You watch the couple ahead of you disappear into a glowing crack in the hedge, and try to chase after them, but it closes before you can get close enough. Instead, you are standing in the rock garden, with a reminder of the terrible incident. Pink-translucent feathers are everywhere.
From the same direction you came in, several pink glowing butterflies flutter in, followed by a couple of silver doe and silver beagles visages. The animals came in with their heads down, and surrounded Aglaia's broken wings. In a very gentle and reverent manner, they collected up the feathers and her wings, while the butterflies fluttered around them, stirring up a white sparkling dust that caused the animals with the wings to fade away. The butterflies then fluttered over to the couple, and started encircling them as well, causing the same glittery dust to completely envelope the couple. The dust glowed a brilliant white, and would completely blind them for only a split second.
When the light faded, the couple would find themselves in Venus' ballroom. A stunned and distraught Goddess of Love will be looking inside a small jar.
Psyche and Artemis have saved you!

Round 3 Results (post 9 of 9)
Results for couples who chose path 21 ONLY
======================================================
Quote: 21. You decide to dig in the box and see if there is anything else under the paper that might be useful.
Underneath dozens and dozens of maps (how many pae was Eris planning on kidnapping?) you find a tiny little pillbox. Or what looks like a round pillbox. Upon close inspection, you find a tiny little button on the side. Pressing it opens the box, and you realize it's a tiny little compass.
This isn't a normal compass. It projects a tiny little arrow on the ground pointing in the same direction no matter how you turn. It points straight into the hedge behind where the spotlight was shining.
The groups from the other two directions have not been heard from, and after hearing that loud booming insult, you can only assume someone pissed off the Goddess of Discord. Maybe following that little arrow is a good idea. You reach out to see if parting the hedge is going to be as difficult as you imagine it to be, only to learn that has you get closer, the more the hedge magically parts on its own. A new path! You and your date decide to find out where this little compass is leading you, and you keep your eye on the map to try and find your location.
There's a tiny little area just on the other side of the hedge. But as you approach each of the three hedge walls, you notice they open up just like the previous hole.
Round 4
Part 3 (of 3)
25. You choose to go in the hedge hole on the left.
26. You chose to go in the hedge hole directly in front of you.
27. You choose the hedge hole on the right.

((Moana took an apple.))
Eager to get away from the scene, Moana rushed towards the gap in the hedges, stumbling through before turning to check that Terran was behind her. All that they had just witnessed still brutally fresh in her mind, she sank to her knees on the ground, unable to remain standing. She was shaking all over, the reality hitting her as a delay once she'd had time to process what she'd just seen. She didn't even take note of their new surroundings at first.
"Terran...what...what did we just watch?" she looked back at her companion, horrified. Then, she fixated on the trunk that Eris had given Terran. She'd called it a 'consolation'. Something they could use. But...should they trust a 'gift' from Eris? Wasn't it just as likely another trap? "I...I'm not sure we should open that," she said warily.
Only now did she start looking around the area. Or trying to at least. The darkness kept her from seeing much, and she stifled a chill that wasn't completely due to cold, or even the horror they'd just witnessed. She'd never liked the dark. It made her sad.
Shifting slightly, she bumped one of the apples on the ground and sent it rolling. Picking up another apple, she looked at it curiously. Safe or not? Not that she was feeling hungry. Maybe it'd make a good projectile at least, she thought, deciding to keep it anyway. That's when she noticed the glowing doe. Really, shouldn't she have noticed that sooner? She really was shaken up.
She watched the glowing doe cross to a second, possibly injured. Was this some new trap? Or something else? There seemed to be other ways out of this area, but which to choose if they ignored the shining forms? From her place on the ground, Moana reached up and out for Terran. "Terran? What do we do?"

The air was tense in the ballroom. Mellons flew back and forth checking on the Pae'il as they appeared back in the ballroom a couple at a time. Venus stood where she had been for some time, by a window with the sun casting shadows across her face. She was trembling with fury and staring intently at a jar in her hand.
Inside the jar, a tiny injured Pae lay in a heap next to a rather menacing looking spider. Luckily, Venus was fond of spiders - they made silk - and had charmed it into submission; the spider lazed about boredly. The goddess, however, was concentrating on breaking the seal on the jar; it would definitely take some time to cut through the black magic.
"Selfish, ugly, coward of a whore's boil," she roared, the air around her crackling. She was angry at the intrusion, sure, but this? This crossed the line. Not only did Eris hurt her child, she lacked the cojones to stick around and take the consequences. "Poof in and out real fast like the coward you are, b***h! I'm going to snatch that ratty weave out of your head and make you eat it."
Taking a deep breath and re-adopting an air of ethereal serenity and grace, Venus nestled the jar in a sling at her side and approached each rescued party guest. She kissed each one lightly on the forehead. With each kiss the recipient glowed briefly and felt a calming wave rush over them, like the peaceful feeling of being embraced by a parent.
Eris retained the upper hand. For now...

Twinkleshine looked to Venus as she neared, her face flushed lightly and her vision ever so blurred, smiling politely and moving to curtsy at her host. Only stumbling a tiny bit, she lifted her head just to have it kissed, any lingering feelings of fear or anxiety that she was trying to repress slowly fading from her consciousness. Again there was that feeling of safety, yet she knew this was not the woman whom had come to their rescue.
Waiting for Aphrodite to make her way past the two of them, Twinkleshine leaned lightly against Atlantis, rocking on her heels. "Everything feels like it will be okay~" she said softly, pausing in a calm silence before laughing lightly and twirling back around, taking his hands in hers. "So, what type of dance should we do, Mr. Date?"

Terran was not normally timid, but at the sound of Eris' booming voice, he jumped back. When Moana, was knocked back, he cried out her name, and slowly began edging his way toward her to see if she was alright. The dark female seemed to be too preoccupied with the goddess to care about them, or so he hoped. The faun narrowed his eyes, he couldn't tell if the dark goddess was helping them... or what was she doing?!
Terran gaped at the pink wings in front of him and Moana, he touched a hand to his antlers, imagining that the event would be similar to having his antlers pulled out. Painful. Terran was speechless, mortified by what happened. The faun had no way or time to even process it.
He shook his head, he didn't think they should help this morbid pae with whatever she had planned, he wanted to tell Moana not to do it, but after what had just happened... he didn't want her to get hurt for either one of them refusing. Terran moved to go after the spider jar, but Moana was closer and already there, he reached after her, not wanting her to get any closer to the goddess.
It wasn't hard for Terran to obey the order to not move, after the goddess disappeared he felt frozen, not just in the fact that he couldn't move, but he felt cold, deep in his skin. He glanced over at Moana again, he wanted to comfort her, and he wanted to be comforted. He sincerely hoped that the dark deity was not planning on coming back, but it was only a short breathe
Terran timidly held out his hands and accepted the box from Eris, his face showed how uneasy he felt. He thought on her words for a bit, 'no hard feelings?' He narrowed his eyes. The goddess hadn't tried to hurt them... and they were completely vulnerable to her. Curious. Terran turned the box over in his hands several times and then held it up to his ear to listen as he shook it lightly.
Terran looked to the path, he didn't want to go down the path that Eris specifically told them to go down, but he didn't know where else to go so he followed Moana through it. When he caught sight of her falling to the ground he fell to his knees beside her. "Hey..." he said softly as he put an arm around her in an attempt to comfort her, and himself as well. The faun shook his head in response to her question, "I... I don't know... it was horrible...I'm glad you are alright..." Terran frowned, it wasn't true, they weren't alright. Maybe physically... but how were they supposed to live with that scene playing over and over in their heads for the rest of their life?
Terran looked back down at the box, tucked under his free arm. "I..." he couldn't stand it. He wanted to know what was in it. Terran still wanted to trust that the goddess wasn't actually after them. "We didn't do anything to her... what does she want from us? What do we have to do with any of this. What if she is just trying to hurt Venus?" Terran bit his lip. The dark goddess kidnapping all of them from Venus' party, ripping out one of her daughters' wings...
As he looked back over at Moana he noticed her eyes were now fixed on something else, he followed her gaze until his eyes lined up with the glowing deer. That... explained the small source of light. At the next question, Terran looked around for more clues and paths. There was just a lot of apples, and two deer. Terran wasn't sure what to think of them, but he didn't want to make any decisions until he found out what was in the box. "I know you don't think I should open this.." the male felt bad, he didn't want to do something she spoke against, but he was curious and was hoping the box might guide them. "I'm sorry..." He slowly lifted the lid.
