Thistle saw Amy, and she relaxed just a little bit. But when Velcore came over and chirped at her, her eyes went wide again and she started to relay everything that had happened... or at least she tried to. She was a baby and hadn't exactly learned how to thought-speak, yet, in English. In any language, actually. She did know a few words, though.
She started to squeak and squeak and squeak, her eyes wide and her wings fluttering sporadically. She'd turn her head at different times, and a few times she even squatted down on the floor and looked as if she was going to pounce on something. Her tail was even flicking quickly. Basically, the the overall message was that she had traveled to the MW on her own, completely by herself, relying on her own memory, it was dark, it was very scary, and things seemed to jump out at her!

LOL ~ Not my usual look, but it's for a good cause, or so I've been told. *Pulls her top back up as it starts to slip a little.* Maybe the badge is too heavy for this lovely silk. These pants are actually pretty comfy. wink

-walks in and smiles when she sees Karrie, she goes up to him and hugs him from behind, wrapping her arms about his torso and clasping her hands in front. She nuzzles his neck and kisses behind his jawbone softly- Hello, handsome -she whispers- I had a lot of fun baking with you today and delivering. ^_^ 4laugh

Thistle whined long and sadly before she slumped against Velcore with a huff. Even her wings were hanging lowly at her sides, actually touching the ground.
Amy had heard and seen her pony's long-winded venting session. She was still shocked that she was even here! She left her at home when she left the house in the afternoon because she didn't want to bring Thistle out for a long period of time. If she came into the bar during the afternoon, she usually went back home for awhile and then came back to the bar later in the evening. She had stayed at the bar the entire time today. Thistle apparently had grown worried and came to MW on her own.
She knelt down next to Velcore, patted his head, and then reached forward and scooped Thistle up into her lap. She held her closely and started to rub her back comfortingly.
"Awww, sweetie! I'm sorry I didn't come home earlier today! You are such a sweet girl, so brave!"
Thistle squeaked softly in Amy's arms, soaking up the attention. She made sure to keep her wings drooped even though she was quickly cheering up.

*the force of what he had just said hit him right between the eyes. you just said the "L" word Kai. you care about a lot of people, that's just you, but that girl's a level above most everyone else so you wanted that sentiment to get accross, but was love really the right word to use? why must English use such strong words and be so difficult like that. A simple suki da would have done it back home. so much for playing it safe, but maybe this needed to be said sooner than later. thinking about it you haven't even told her how you felt one way or the other yet even once*

I want you to walk beside me. *he thinks back to the moment they met fondly* Some kindness at the right moment can alter a persons life for the better... sometimes even save them. Long time ago someone saved me and changed my destiny for the better and I thought that I'd like to be that kind of person and I've met a lot of awesome people because of that including you.
