Amy giggled at Kai and shook her head. "No, I have a wig on. I wanted to just try a different hairstyle, but I didn't want it to be permanent. My eyes are still purple, though. I didn't change them for once. I'm glad you noticed something different, though."
She went around the bar, grabbed Kai's hand, and tried to gently pull him off of the stool and over toward a couch in the back area of the bar.
"No they won't if we go to a couch near the back where it's darker and if you're lying in my lap while I massage your temples. My arm will block your ear that faces out."

Thistle whinnied sadly as she watched Smok leave and she flicked her tail in farewell after Smok lifted one of his paws to her. When she saw another pony come darting out onto the floor briefly, though, she squeaked experimentally at it. She started to slowly walk back toward the front of the bar where the pony was. She actually wasn't running away. She was much less nervous in the bar now, so she was just mostly curious now.
Amy looked at Mayu in surprise. "My... my man?! Well, I don't know if Kai would want to... I mean, we hadn't really talked about..."
Her cheeks flushed brightly and she chuckled nervously. "Uh, yeah. I'm hoping I can relieve his headache."

Amy led Kai over to the couch. She sat down on it with her back resting against one of the arms on the couch and then she guided Kai down to lie on his back on the couch, his head in her lap. She carefully removed his hat and then began to gently massage his temples.

*Peeking out from under the bottom of Mayu's skirt, the pony watches the other in wonder, stepping out to look closer, tilter its head to one side, then the next. Not sure what to make of this creature, since all it had known since birth was Mayu. Then seeing more food, darts out to get the food and back under Mayu's skirt*
*Not seeing the pony under her feet, stands to get another drink and trips* Damn it! See what I mean? *Then glancing back at Amy. As long as he's here and coming for you, he's your man. wink

Amy blushed over at Mayu, but there was a sparkle of hope in her eyes. She didn't know if Kai was coming to the bar for her or not. It was a very nice thought if he was, but there was no way for her to know that. Should she ask Kai if he thought of them as an item? They had talked about it a couple weeks ago, but they hadn't kissed then and things seemed a lot more intense between them now.
She simply sighed and shook her head. She could think of that later. No point in thinking about it right now since she was trying to get rid of Kai's headache.
Thistle laid down on the floor of her stomach so she looked less threatening to the pony if she decided to come back out from under the lady's skirt. She understood how new animals could seem threatening.
EDIT: Amy nodded in greeting to Karrie, but she could have sworn that she saw a flash of green near his head for a moment. She simply shook her head, though, and went back to massaging Kai's temples. She had probably just imagined it.
Thistle looked up at Velcore when he entered and she whinnied happily. She nuzzled the side of his face.
