Zach watched tryouts, grateful that he had brought a set of sunglasses to deal with the glare of the sun, but otherwise thought the team looked very good. Granted, it wasn't perfect, but he wasn't too picky about that. By the time that the tryouts were over, he gave off a shrill whistle to get people's attention and gestured toward the ground. "All right everyone! Tryouts are over! If you can, help gather the balls up and we're done here. Me and Jack are going to deliberate the team and we'll let you know as soon as possible about who all made it. Go take a siesta and relax, and you should know where everyone ended up."

Chris was so ready for tryouts this year. He was going to make the team this year he could feel it. Marching onto the pitch he was ready to go. His mum's broom in hand he couldn't wait to get things started. He had a feeling his dad knew he was playing but luckily he hadn't said anything yet. What could Chris say he loved things that put him in harms way. Bludgers were far from a life or death situation but still. "Hey Cap," He greeted Jack before grabbing his form. Filling it out he tossed it down on the spot where applications would pile up. Chris stretched a little before bouncing in excitement. He couldn't wait!

Location : Quidditch Pitch - Gryffindor Tryouts Griffin walked into the pitch with Chelsea like usual. Upon joining Jack and Chris, he heard Chris greeting. It sounded like a marvel thing. When did Jack become captain America? He smiled at that thought before glancing to Chelsea. "What's got you smiling?" She asked. "Nothing, just my thoughts Chels." He answered.
"Hey Jack, Hey Chris," Griffin greeted the two boys. Grabbing a form he filled his out before placing it with Chris'. "Hopefully we have a good year." He added before turning his attention to Jack. "Got vice captain sorted out yet?" He asked curiously. It was the question that plagued all Quidditch captains at least once. Griffin hoped it wasn't too tough of one for his roommate.

It had to be a comic book thing. Chelsea would never understand Griffin's interest in comic book references. Shaking her head she waved to the group before filling out her form. "This year will go great. I don't plan on being ill." She spoke to the mention of a good year. She'd spent fair to much time not on the field helping her team. Upon Griffin asking about the vice captain situation, she perked her head over to them. "Yes, who'd you decide on?" She questioned Jack. For this she got elbowed in the side by Griffin. "What? I'm just curious." She replied to his sideways glance. Boys so touchy.

Tally was pretty excited for quidditch tryouts. Both her parents had been on the Gryffindor team, after all, and she'd always loved the sport. Even if she didn't intend to try out for the position of beater like them, she knew they'd come to her games and cheer her on. Hopefully Tara would too, except when it was Gryffindor versus Slytherin. Grinning broadly, she joined the crowd of players and took up a form, scrabbling in her pocket for a pen. She could hardly wait to get her feet off the ground and her head in the clouds.

She was eager to try her hand at Quidditch this year. After attending most of the games last term, she found the sport interesting. Plus, she wanted more hobbies than just Music Club. After some research, she figured she would be best as a Beater. She was fast, decent on a broom, and had a good swinging arm. Hopefully, those skills would help her during the tryouts. Sure, she was small in stature now, but with some proper training and bulking up, she would make her way to the starting team eventually. Approaching the group of Gryffindors, Anna quickly found the Captain, who seemed to be busy chatting with some other players. She recognized them as the starting Keeper and Seeker. Taking a form, she quickly filled it out and handed it in, choosing not to interrupt the group while they conversed. Then, she began some basic stretches and warm-up exercises. Glancing around at the other students who showed up, Anna flashed as many as she could a warm smile. London strolled out onto the pitch, carrying the newest Nimbus that he'd saved up all summer for. He also got new gear, though that had mostly to do with his growing out of his last set. Luckily, his mom knew the value of proper gear as a beater and had splurged (though she said the splurge was for safety, not because she got excited). The teen fluffed his hair as he looked around at everyone. After a second, he walked over toward his cousin, who seemed a bit stressed. "You okay there, mate? You look a bit on edge." He affectionately draped an arm over Jack's shoulders and looked over at Jack.
