He wanted to pursue his life as he saw it, he wanted freedom to live. As such, he almost never pushes himself with his skills. It came to be revealed that he is more than just a natural within his bloodline, and despite his best efforts, made his family proud of his skills. It was distasteful to him to try so little and still do so great in his parents eyes. So he decided to switch it up. Instead of absolute laziness, he started training in earnest, and terrified his parents with the depth of his power.
This resulted in him finally earning his freedom, however; at the alienation of his family. He had become too much of what they wanted, and his distaste at essentially showing off his skills rendered Ryuki reserved in showing his power, and generally silent when it comes to what he can do. He still searches for a true freedom, where his power won’t inhibit him, nor will his heritage.

His eyes were closed, yet he was breathing normally, which came as a relief to the Medical-nin tending to his mother, and his parents the same. It wasn't until the first signs of the storm that covered Kumogakure at the time revealed itself, the loud booming of thunder, and bright flashes of lightning causing the newborn to cry, as any other newborn would do naturally. His eyes opened, revealing the reflective pigmentation within his irises inherited by his parents, a shimmering gold. Cradled within his mother's arms, continuing to cry as he rested against her bosom, due to his recent behaviors, and the mother's nimble mind, their second son was named Raiju. He was raised well, as most members of the Ranton family were, for many of them lived by strict codes; their loyalty sworn to Kumogakure and their families alone. Too young to explore his own talents, he often found himself assisting his father at his shop, who was a Blacksmith, his older brother and mother both Shinobi serving under Kumogakure's forces.
As Raiju grew older, his hair also grew longer. He had no intentions of cutting it, and as it continued to grow, it eventually covered his eyes. He was often teased by his older brother for appearing a bit femenine. Raiju was now at the ideal age for a Genin; those of his class already were, while he was still working at the shop with his father. With his years of new found experience for creating weapons, he was able to create some of his own, and even take over the shop whenever his father was unable to. It became a daily job of his, one that came with excellent results, according to Raiju. Fitting the description of tall, dark, and handsome that many of the Kumogakure females his age were attracted to, his muscular build and long hair only added to that attraction. On several occasions, he was caught flirting with many of the girls who would pass by the shop after training, only to be reminded by his father why he was working at the shop. The thought never occurred to him, until his father questioned whether Raiju wanted to become a Shinobi of the Cloud. The idea had been out of mind ever since he grew accustomed to working at his father's shop; he enjoyed working with him, too. He soon came to the realization that becoming a Shinobi would not only benefit his family, but his home as well. Between training with his mother who possessed the Ranton family's techniques, and the academy, his skills were rapidly progressing. As a gift for his hard work and determination, he earned several tattoos, including the traditional mark of the Kanji sign for "Lightning" on his right shoulder, and "Kumogakure" on his chest.
[Chapter Two] :: The Attack on Kumogakure Despite Kumogakure's occasional complications with neighboring villages, ultimately, peace and prosperity reigned. They were aware of a new enemy known as the UHV, terrorizing villages with Tailed-Beasts which they've captured, and were attacking the five Great Shinobi Nations. Kumogakure would face their troubles soon enough, and when that time came, they were ready. Or so they thought. All the Shinobi of the Cloud were alerted immediately once the presence of the UHV was discovered. They immediately went on the defensive, fending off the enemy quite well, until the Two-Tailed Demon Cat, also known as the Nibi, was released, rampaging the village. Raiju still lacked enough experience to help, still in the academy, and could only watch as his family went off to defend their home. Despite the rigorous training he went through, given by his parents in sword combat, the Shinobi guarding the academy gates at the time of the attack would not allow him to assist. Disobeying was something he could not force himself to do, and could only watch his parents assisting some of the more powerful Shinobi in fending off the Nibi. Shinobi from neighboring villages offered aide, more specifically, Kirigakure, as their Shinobi were proficient with Suiton Ninjutsu. The Nibi's raw power and devastating flames set the village ablaze, laying waste to the mountains before it. In the end, the Nibi was defeated and sealed away, the UHV were gone, and the village was left in ruins.
After the fires were cleared, at everything seemed to be at ease, the first few things that were to take place, was the reconstruction of the village, and the collection of their losses. Among the dead were his parents, sending Raiju into an explosion of emotions, mixed with anger, hatred, sorrow, and guilt. The body of his brother however was not found, and presumed missing, or engulfed by the flames of the Nibi. The destruction was mass, and the numbers of Shinobi in the village were thinned. Those remaining immediately began repairs, while those still in the academy continued, their training and education intensified, to prepare them for future attacks, and prevent one similar to the previous from happening again. Ever since then, Raiju has always disliked the UHV, who killed his family, and destroyed his village. He dedicated himself fully to his Ninja training. With his father's shop being destroyed, as the same with his family, he vowed to become strong enough to prevent that from ever happening again.
[Chapter Three] :: Path of the Shinobi Raiju completed his training and studies in the academy after half a year of meditation in a shrine in the mountain tops. After leaving the shrine, he felt completely renewed, no longer bogged down by his emotions. Raiju didn't want anything from his past to cloud his vision towards his future, and furthermore, his ultimate goal. Attending the graduation ceremony, he is just one step away from joining Kumogakure's Shinobi Force.

Second PA is fine, First needs a little clarification, if you use 2 jutsu at the same time it will still count as 2 activations. That rule is pretty strict as the rule is there to keep people from just bombing others with a ton of jutsu in a single post. If you're just trying to make it so you can cast two simultaneously that is fine.

His eyes were closed, yet he was breathing normally, which came as a relief to the Medical-nin tending to his mother, and his parents the same. It wasn't until the first signs of the storm that covered Kumogakure at the time revealed itself, the loud booming of thunder, and bright flashes of lightning causing the newborn to cry, as any other newborn would do naturally. His eyes opened, revealing the reflective pigmentation within his irises inherited by his parents, a shimmering gold. Cradled within his mother's arms, continuing to cry as he rested against her bosom, due to his recent behaviors, and the mother's nimble mind, their second son was named Raiju. He was raised well, as most members of the Ranton family were, for many of them lived by strict codes; their loyalty sworn to Kumogakure and their families alone. Too young to explore his own talents, he often found himself assisting his father at his shop, who was a Blacksmith, his older brother and mother both Shinobi serving under Kumogakure's forces.
As Raiju grew older, his hair also grew longer. He had no intentions of cutting it, and as it continued to grow, it eventually covered his eyes. He was often teased by his older brother for appearing a bit femenine. Raiju was now at the ideal age for a Genin; those of his class already were, while he was still working at the shop with his father. With his years of new found experience for creating weapons, he was able to create some of his own, and even take over the shop whenever his father was unable to. It became a daily job of his, one that came with excellent results, according to Raiju. Fitting the description of tall, dark, and handsome that many of the Kumogakure females his age were attracted to, his muscular build and long hair only added to that attraction. On several occasions, he was caught flirting with many of the girls who would pass by the shop after training, only to be reminded by his father why he was working at the shop. The thought never occurred to him, until his father questioned whether Raiju wanted to become a Shinobi of the Cloud. The idea had been out of mind ever since he grew accustomed to working at his father's shop; he enjoyed working with him, too. He soon came to the realization that becoming a Shinobi would not only benefit his family, but his home as well. Between training with his mother who possessed the Ranton family's techniques, and the academy, his skills were rapidly progressing. As a gift for his hard work and determination, he earned several tattoos, including the traditional mark of the Kanji sign for "Lightning" on his right shoulder, and "Kumogakure" on his chest.
[Chapter Two] :: The Attack on Kumogakure Despite Kumogakure's occasional complications with neighboring villages, ultimately, peace and prosperity reigned. They were aware of a new enemy known as the UHV, terrorizing villages with Tailed-Beasts which they've captured, and were attacking the five Great Shinobi Nations. Kumogakure would face their troubles soon enough, and when that time came, they were ready. Or so they thought. All the Shinobi of the Cloud were alerted immediately once the presence of the UHV was discovered. They immediately went on the defensive, fending off the enemy quite well, until the Two-Tailed Demon Cat, also known as the Nibi, was released, rampaging the village. Raiju still lacked enough experience to help, still in the academy, and could only watch as his family went off to defend their home. Despite the rigorous training he went through, given by his parents in sword combat, the Shinobi guarding the academy gates at the time of the attack would not allow him to assist. Disobeying was something he could not force himself to do, and could only watch his parents assisting some of the more powerful Shinobi in fending off the Nibi. Shinobi from neighboring villages offered aide, more specifically, Kirigakure, as their Shinobi were proficient with Suiton Ninjutsu. The Nibi's raw power and devastating flames set the village ablaze, laying waste to the mountains before it. In the end, the Nibi was defeated and sealed away, the UHV were gone, and the village was left in ruins.
After the fires were cleared, at everything seemed to be at ease, the first few things that were to take place, was the reconstruction of the village, and the collection of their losses. Among the dead were his parents, sending Raiju into an explosion of emotions, mixed with anger, hatred, sorrow, and guilt. The body of his brother however was not found, and presumed missing, or engulfed by the flames of the Nibi. The destruction was mass, and the numbers of Shinobi in the village were thinned. Those remaining immediately began repairs, while those still in the academy continued, their training and education intensified, to prepare them for future attacks, and prevent one similar to the previous from happening again. Ladys life was hard as a child; abandoned as a young girl all she knew was the heat of the Red Sands. One day while being chased by curious shinobi of Suna, she fell from a massive rock formation. After being knocked out for a few hours, she found herself within a den. In attempt to leave this underground hollow she was confronted by a large cat... thwarted by the cat. she retreated back into the dark hole. The Panther stayed with her while nursing her wounds at the same. Lady knew that she wouldn't be hurt by this old and emaciated cat, they started to work together in each other survival. The bond grew until Lady started to feel weird when the panther was gone; she would also discover that just cause you have someone traveling at your side that survival isn't always guaranteed.
Lady one day was walking within the desert and was attacked by 2 bandits, she fought against them but to no avail. She decided then that she needed to be able to protect herself better. She decided that she was going to go to the Suna Academy and try to learn, though the Panther wasn't happy about going to civilization it knew that it was something that she needed.

Okay, Your a bit off on your chakra/stamina You should have 325 Chakra and 150 Stamina from combined genin rank. The other is there is nothing in your classes that prevents you from choosing a second element. I would add that in to avoid self gimp. Something tamers need in general is the stats of their companion. Usually the best way to go about it is somewhat like your own profile. Name, stats (Eternal partners is same as your own) Ninjutsu Limit, and their elements as well. Having an eternal partner they get two to themselves like you. They can be anything but Suiton I believe (Bloodline restriction)

Ladys life was hard as a child; abandoned as a young girl all she knew was the heat of the Red Sands. One day while being chased by curious shinobi of Suna, she fell from a massive rock formation. After being knocked out for a few hours, she found herself within a den. In attempt to leave this underground hollow she was confronted by a large cat... thwarted by the cat. she retreated back into the dark hole. The Panther stayed with her while nursing her wounds at the same. Lady knew that she wouldn't be hurt by this old and emaciated cat, they started to work together in each other survival. The bond grew until Lady started to feel weird when the panther was gone; she would also discover that just cause you have someone traveling at your side that survival isn't always guaranteed.
Lady one day was walking within the desert and was attacked by 2 bandits, she fought against them but to no avail. She decided then that she needed to be able to protect herself better. She decided that she was going to go to the Suna Academy and try to learn, though the Panther wasn't happy about going to civilization it knew that it was something that she needed.
Nindo: " You'll never take my will to live... " Personality: This bright and fun girl loves to be social and meeting new people. She's known for the fact that she is witty and bright. Though she is fiercely loyal to her friends, she is someone that her trust is extremely hard to earn.

Class Disciplines : • Eternal Partners: The user is able to nurture, grow, and bond with a single animal, almost becoming an animal themselves with traits, characteristics, and natural weaponry. This single animal will be exactly the same at the user's level in chakra and stamina pool, and able to manipulate any two elements, perform 3 activations a post (max of 2 offensive), and gaining +8 jutsu slots a rank.. For every rank the user increases, they can claim a trait associated with their chosen animal (communicate with species, natural weaponry, senses, ect) to be approved in the custom jutsu thread, and add it to their character. • Zoom: The user has a vast eye, able to quadruple the range of a given sensory technique, often allowing them to sense things even outside of the given area (across threads). This vast range, however, makes it difficult to detect fine details. The user is only able to know that chakra is there, or that chakra is being activated. Things like type of technique, rank, element, ect, are unknown to the user.
