My mom loves manga just as much as I do....but we both won't admit we both like BL to each other xD;; Even though she probably already has guessed cause of my love of Prince of Tennis doujinshi ;D
That didn't stop me from buying her a nice HakkaixSanzo doujinshi for mothers day though ^^ (of course it was a very subtle story and there was only 1 kiss at the end...)

Well, my mum says she doesn't get it but whatever works for me! She's really cool about it - she even bought me Queer as Folk season 5 (not exactly yaoi, but in the same mold) though everytime she's managed to walk into the room when I'm watching QAF there has been very graphic sex scenes on the screen. heh. But she laughs when she sees my computer wallpapers that are often very yaoi and shounen-ai oriented.
My mum's most famous words to me are, and I quote, "You can watch porn if you want, but it all ends the same way anyway."
You know, she wasn't wrong.

My sister is the only one who knows about my love of teh yaoi. She actually is so into yaoi that her and I are writing some fics with awesome pairings that most know of already.

My dad... will never know I like yaoi... cause if he did, id be killed. my mom sorta knows, since I told her what gravitation is and made her watch it with me. sweatdrop she asked what it was, so I showed her >>uuu
but if i can keep it a secret from them, id rather. ^^

I'm pretty sure that my siblings know about my yaoi because I have to keep my bookself in the livingroom so I'm sure they have picked up one or two by chance. Heck they don't even know I'm gay. xp

I really don't know how to vote on this one.
You see my dad knows what Yaoi is he just doesn't know I read it, he may have guessed as much but not know for sure.
One the other hand my step mom has know clue what it is or the fact I read it and there is no way I'll EVER tell her.

Except I really don't read actual yaoi, just like, soft BL-type stuff. But when I took my dad with me to an anime convention, then....yeah. He knows what Yaoi is. O:

She tells her friends about it, asks me to email her pictures, wants to take me to gay bars eek
But she still thinks yaoi is something you say in a gay moment sweatdrop sometimes she walks around the house going "yaoi, yaoi, yaoi" gonk
Dad has guessed it by now.. gonk It went somewhat like this:
Me: *Drawing a picture of a girl and a boy"
Dad: Isn't he.. the one.. In the amv, with the other boy.. Gay like stuff..
Me: WHAT?! No?! Hell no?! (I'd shown him an amv with very little hints >__>; Because it was an awesome song.. I didn't think he'd catch the gay stuff..)
Dad: But it looks like one of them..
Me: With a GIRL?! %&#?%& Hell no! The boys should be together! (I'm just defending my favorite couple sweatdrop )¨
Dad: Sooo.. If you were a boy would you be gay?
Me: eek eek eek .... I don't think I'd think that way if I was a boy... sweatdrop

Hmm... I don't remember if I've posted in this thread or not... oh, well...
I don't think either of my parents know, despite the fact that my dad went to an anime convention with me where a vendor was yelling "YAOI!" like he was calling pigs (you know, kind of like "SUEY!"), and we came home with a shirt that says "I heart Yaoi". My mom, being dyslexic, sees the "i" upside down, so she thinks it says "I heart Yao!" (as in Yao Ming. sweatdrop ).
I don't know what they would think if they knew what yaoi was. sweatdrop

ooh... no, they have no idea what it is, or the fact that I like it, and they prolly wouldn't let me watch or read any sine they think i'm too young... gosh, I can't even see the grudge 2 sweatdrop
But my mom DID buy Brokeback Mountain, though she hasn't seen it yet. Ah well. I won't tell them anyways, and my brothers would mock me. My parents aren't very good at secretkeeping.. sweatdrop

they both know I like it. but I don't think they know that I actually read/look at it.
but they got me a "I heart YAOI" teeshirt 4 my birthday and a cake with "I heart YAOI" on it too ^_^
they weren't too impressed wen they fouind out wot it meant -.-
Dad just ignores everything and mom thinks I'm weird.

My dad is absolutly cool with it. He knows I'm into some very, uh, "mature" things, but he says I'm mature enough to do it. He trusts me. He also knows Im bi, and is really cool with it. I heart my dad!
I have AS, which means I was born without social ques, meaing I never hid my love for Guy x Guy. Well, I'm not ashamed, and it's not wrong. Mom thinks I like "shounen ai" though she doesn't know that's what's it's called. sweatdrop
Ah yes mom. I hate her. She has me talking to my shrinks about it. Apparently it's "Dark" stare The only "Dark" i know is Dark Moussy. And he goes great with Daisuke or Krad blaugh She also doesn't know Im bi. Dad told me it wouldn't be a good idea to tell her...
