They should have a letter rank and they'd cost as much as regular jutsu I think.

Just says what kind of summon and then the techniques-which do have a letter rank.

Maybe the summoning is free but the techniques of course have to use chakra.

How long are you going to be on friend? I need to go run some errands. My phone bill is do soon and I need to get X box live << It shouldnt take long. I hate sticking around in places during the holiday rush.

Yep, if you have the academy and dojo in one building, you don't have to move when you switch from Ninjutsu, Genjutsu, Eiseijutsu, etc. to Taijutsu or Bukijutsu ^_^.
