The pale strange haired girl looked around the halls leading to where she knew the office of the Yukikage was. She felt strange walking through the halls of a place like this with an escort. Surely they had people watching, she was sure. If they didn't spying on the Yukikage would be so very simple. The girl, Shikarumi, Rumi to those that knew her, moved down the halls at a slightly faster pace wanting to get the visit over with and hoping that it wouldn't take long to get her head band. Once she had it she could begin her life as a Kunoichi. She could begin earning the money she sorely needed and hell she could even leave the village should she need to. It would be fantastic to finally be free of the rules of her parents.

While all of these thoughts played out in her mind Rumi's face remained stoic and unreadable. It was something she had learned to do even while a young girl, It was with this calm unreadable face that she entered the Yukikage's office knocking lightly before stepping through the door. “Shikarumi Nara reporting to get my head band Yukikage-Sama.” Her boy was deep and straight backed. No nonsense.

» Nikon arrived in the next hallway with a less than enthusiastic look upon his scowling face. He had just woken up with a horrible hangover since the break of last night and wasn't faring so well even after the remedies. The pounding in his head did every way to instill new fingertips over the aching surfaces. Meanwhile, his eyes were having trouble adjusting to the light settings. Whatever sort of late night madness he included in was the result of his symptons; and an unknown pair of garters draped sloppily over his shoulders.

» At this sudden realization, he jerked in his spot before stumbling away from the single garter stocking. Disgust was in his rusted light blue eyes as he reached into his pockets to pull out a pair of disposable gloves. With them, he gently nipped the article up and properly disposed of it near the hallway's bin. "..Well that just brightened my day.." Scraggily pulling up his hoody, he then proceeded to the next corner where he saw the girl. His body nearly grazing past a long haired boy with his wild appearance.

» He had never seen another pair of eyes so pristine and bright than his own. Her outfit was very interesting as was her expression. Nikon wouldn't have even known while he was still pressing against his temples. He assumed that with her odd silence, she had already knocked on the door, sparing him the trouble. So he waited. His eyes clenched tight in his headache, standing a feet away from the girl while trying to assuage this stiff new sensation coming over him whenever another female was around.

The boy walked past the two genin and entered the office. "You two may come in." He said as he sat in the Yukikage's chair. "I am the new Yukikage. Tell me your names as you enter."

» Puzzled by his rather young appearance, Nikon re-adjusted his eyes to confirm any delirium from under his clammy palms. Through his sound sensitivity, Nikon drew from his shriveled frame and looked from his back to the door's entrance. Such icy features even for a child. New Yukikage? Rubbing his blaring eyes, he spoke his name despite his disbelief. "Nikon Weiss...Sir." Proven correct by his persistent hangover, he groggily followed him in.

» Something dark flashed past his eyes when the Kage inquired 'his reason'. A simple question triggered a little visit down memory lane. Articles of labcoats, jars, scalpels, and bits of folded rubber juggled around in his head. Had he known that he was going to answer fifty questions, he would have brought his entire flask. Either way, the guy didn't hafta be so LOUD about it. Every little octave boomed in his ear at this moment without comfort. ...mhph....never again.. At least he should act the part of a sober civilian. Lucky for him, all the scent of alcohol was gone since his morning rituals.

» At the Kage's prior question, his tone induced sweetness past the salt of his current emotion. His head slightly lowered, allowing the frump of his neat bangs to shadow his eyes. It may seem like a formal gesture but actually, he just didn't want to face the village leader in his ragged state. "Why, sir, it is because I'd like to carry on the tradition of wearing an accessory that represents our proud career." His statement was a mystery to himself and was shallow from not reaching deep within his true thoughts. Darkly lidded were his eyes but her mind thought the band as nothing more than rubbish.

"Right then. Take this and leave." Tsukuyomi opened a drawer in his desk, grabbed a headband, and tossed it over to the genin. He then continued to stare icily at him.

» His hand caught the band on impulse, yet satirically he knew it was coming. "Thank you." He said with silver rhythm. Cold just wasn't the word for the leader. His icy stares were drier than any frostbitten material he has ever touched. He could tell that his impression making had failed.

With a curt bow, he then left as ordered. Well, that killed me a little.

While Tsukuyomi was waiting for the other genin to enter, he noticed a small note attached to the desk. "Oh? What's this?" He pulled the piece of paper off and read it. "Spar with genin at dojo, eh? Sounds fun." Crumpling up the note, he threw it into the trash can. "I just need to deal with the genin here..." As he said the last word, he turned slowly to look at the genin. "Hey, genin. I have to go somewhere, so take this headband and leave." He took out a headband from his desk and tossed it at the girl as he left. Immediately after, an ANBU appeared in his office to keep security.
