((@katana: My friend used to use that expression: Flying Fried Pheasants, when our kids were little. Lovely darlings would repeat everything they heard, especially if we'd sounded excited when we said it. Goes along with my grandfather's brother's use of Salmon Ditch! Didn't take much for great g'ma to figure out what he was trying to say, or where he might have heard it. I gather my g'pa got a lickin for that.))

*Brat finishes refilling her flask, stashes a couple of extra bottles in her bag and places several bills under the cash register.* I have a feeling I'll be needing these. *She looks around, nodding a hello.* How are y'all doing tonight?

*Walks into the Main Bar via the front door. She's just been to the casino and it was nothing to brag about. She grins at Lil Brat and goes behind the bar to make herself a Cosmopolitan.* Hi there Lil. biggrin

*Glances up and sees Psyzapp.* Hello, Psy. How are things going for you today?

-sneaks into the kitchen, grinning like a cheshire cat at the cooks and motioning for them to be quiet too. They wink at her and nod, grinning back, she ducks behind a counter as Karrie turns towards her slightly-

*Glances up and sees Psyzapp.* Hello, Psy. How are things going for you today?

Not too bad. *Sips her Cosmopolitan* Today was relatively low stress. I just wish I had some better luck at the Faerie's Casino today…but what do you do. *grins.*

*notices the cooks acting a little odd, but shrugs it off and goes into his office*

*chirps a greeting at Psyzapp*

Amy shook her head, having easily fallen back into her heavy meditation again, and smiled when she saw Velcore in the bar... along with everyone else.

She smiled brightly at everyone and nodded. "Hello everyone!! Can I get anyone anything to drink?"

*Glances at the Dragon then speaks to Brat.* You know…a dragon sure is a handy thing to have around here. *Grins at the Dragon and sips her Cosmo.*

-creeps quickly to his office door, takes a chance and peeks in swiftly, sees his back is still turned and then dashes in, drops to her knees silently and crawls low to the ground over to his desk, lays down on her belly and wiggles up under the desk, near his chair, making herself small and still laying-

Casinos, seems like I don't usually have much luck with those myself. *Pours a cup of coffee, splashing in some Baileys.* Good break, getting one of those lower stress days. *Sips her drink, reflecting on her own day, which had actually been rather quiet. Then again, once she'd stopped being sick in the morning, the afternoon away from work had been restful.* Dragons can be rather nice pets ((almost typed pests)) especially when they're protecting someone.
