I don't think there's anyone like that at my school, but we're tiny and in the midwest where it's a soupy mess of boring. V:
In high school though there were some folks in their art class. I was nice to them because frankly, most people weren't, but often they made it so hard when they were outright rude.

Although it recollects me having to edit out a 'yaoi obsession' from our school yearbook senior wills.

we totally did have weaboos in our "manga club" that was formed, thankfully, as I was graduating. I guess it took till 2008 for any pop culture to hit the south in any visible way. Such obnoxious little shits, screaming and running around the room. The ******** special needs classes were better behaved.

I think there were some kids playing a cartoon card game thing during lunch but most of them dressed normally. Every now and then you would see fairy wings or something but eh.

We have:

-about 6 lolitas who dec out everyday
-a very creepy dude who wears special effects make up and horrible costumes
-about 3 people i know of with naruto headbands
-everyone draws anime
-two furries with fursuits on campus
-gaga-loids who wear the armadillo shoes and all sorts of weird s**t
-assholes who take up the tv room to play shitty animu fighters (I hate blaz -blue and anyone who takes it seriously)
-the freshman class mentality is that of deviantart-kids
-I know several people who have worn cosplay to class on a daily basis
-rampant cosplayers
-shitty cosplayers
-a chick who draw yaoi out in the open 24/7
-one of my friends listenes to j-pop and k-pop NONSTOP ON HIS ******** IPHONE OUTLOUD

EVERYWHERE
-half the sequential arts department wants to be a famous manga-ka
-I know way too many people with furry/fleece animal hats and fuzzy-sidekick bookbags (mokona anyones?)
- nothing but anime movies on movie night
