Seeing the ball go through the hoop, Hamid fistpumped in victory and almost lost his balance. Righting himself quickly, he looked up in time to see the ball being passed to one of the opposing chasers and rushed in to try nd steal it, having almost no time to feel embarrassed for his slip.

Gabby watched tryouts. Making sure all was going well. The new beater managed a hit and the new chaser managed to get his hands on the ball. The Seekers looked good and Gi managed a shot passed Myron. Watching the quaffle exchange hands and Cady's shot get caught by Griffin, she blew the whistle. "Alright everyone, we're out of time. Great tryouts. Zach and I will discuss the lineup and have it posted in the common room tomorrow." She announced before collecting the balls.

Gabby was slightly sentimentally as she walked onto the field for her last tryouts for the Gryffindor team. She’d be handing over the reins to Zach at the end of the year. Hopefully everything would work out after she was gone. Though first she hoped everything would be good for her final year. Scouts would be looking, and she was hoping they’d be looking at her. It would be great if she could end up with her Aunt Cyd but she knew the team wasn’t looking atm. Needless to say she was just hoping to land a spot somewhere. For the last time Gabby laid out the forms and got set up hoping for the best.
