lurichan 0o; That....is wrong on too many levels to even count. Rellik: razz So it's not Macross/Robotech. It doesn't mean it's bad, it just dubbed that way. Lets see what happens when you take a 52 episode series (Go Lion) Condense it down to 30 episodes, and add in components from another series (Dairugger XV) to make an intergalatic space force that doesn't exist in the original. Which is what they did with robotech, they messed around with the macross continuity to create something new. smile I'm not saying it was bad, just I prefer Robotech. smile

I saw the first episode or two of it as macross, but I didn't like it all that much. Not saying it wasn't good, just not something that really caught my attention.

Well it was my first giant robot experience. smile Even before transformers. SO its a special place in my heart... though the best giant robot series ever... is this

It's.... a GUNDAM!!! *lol* Wing is okay. I never sat down and watched it from begining to end though, I just caught random pieces on TV.

Wing, kicks original, G-Gundam, Z Gundam, Gundam X, Gundam Seed, MS Igloo and any other gundam you care to mentions bum. Its the best by far, great characters, interesting story without needing psychics and political intrigue, its like mecha anime grown up. And actually goes into the reasons for war as opposed to just the pilots asking 'why do we fight?'. smile

It was the first Gundam story I ever saw, and the only one I actually followed. Hmm... I have some sewing to work on.
