Amy smiled brightly and held out her hands as she spun in a circle slowly to show off her outfit more. "Thanks! It's the first one of a few outfits I am trying on for MW. I wanted to get more outfits that reflected my position here just because I think it's more fun that way."
But her face soon grew with confusion. "Uh, that drink you mentioned. Pan Galactic Gargle Blaster. Is that in the drink recipe book?"
She got out the book and started to try and find it.

Here's the recipe:
The Guide even tells you how you can mix one yourself.
Take the juice from one bottle of that Ol' Janx Spirit, it says.
Pour into it one measure of water from the seas of Santraginus V - Oh that Santraginean sea water, it says. Oh those Santraginean fish!!!
Allow three cubes of Arcturan Mega-gin to melt into the mixture (it must be properly iced or the benzine is lost).
Allow four litres of Fallian marsh gas to bubble through it, in memory of all those happy Hikers who have died of pleasure in the Marshes of Fallia.
Over the back of a silver spoon float a measure of Qualactin Hypermint extract, redolent of all the heady odours of the dark Qualactin Zones, subtle sweet and mystic.
Drop in the tooth of an Algolian Suntiger. Watch it dissolve, spreading the fires of the Algolian Suns deep into the heart of the drink.
Sprinkle Zamphuor.
Add an olive.
Drink ... but ... very carefully ...

The effect of a Pan Galactic Gargle Blaster is like having your brains smashed out by a slice of lemon wrapped round a large gold brick.

{{I had looked up that drink when you first mentioned it and I smiled when I saw it was a recipe from the Hitchhiker's Guide. lol! So I didn't think it'd be in the MW's drinks recipe book. wink }}
Amy chuckled and tried to reach for the recipe. "Is it ok if I copy this down?"
When she heard what Nei said the drink would feel like, Amy gasped and her eyes widened. "WHY on Earth would you drink something like that, then?!"

Amy laughed again and shook her head in amusement. She started to make the said drink. She was pretty sure MW had everything that was needed. It was the MW! It had everything.
About 10 minutes later, Amy was pouring the large drink into a very large stein glass usually reserved just for beer. She slid it over to Nei when she was finished pouring.
"I hope I made it right, Nei, and that you like it... as much as you can like something that will... how did you say it? 'Having your brains smashed out'?"

Good job Amy, I need something to get my mind off the 'noob' comment about me. Could a noob make it about 80% of the game alone?

Amy's eyes widened in astonishment. "Woah! 80% alone?! That's incredible! I'm really impressed, Nei."

I'm guessing 80%, I've done the Village Greens, Bill Ranch, Deadman's Pass, Zen Gardens, Bassken Lake up to Papa Saw, Gold Beach up to the Sand creature, a bit of the adequate.
I've done a LOT alone.

Amy heard the alarm beep on her watch and she shut it off with a sigh.
"I'm sorry, Nei, but I have to go for a little bit. I have to go home and feed my pony. I should be back in a little while. See ya! And don't let those 'noob' comments bother you. If you made it through 80% of the game by yourself, then you are most certainly not a noob!"
She smiled brightly at Nei, nodded, and the headed out.
