I personally don't like the shotacon pairings like soubi and ritsuka from loveless because of the whole little kid 20 year old thing going on. I tried to like but it just made me go wtf. Also, any incest pairings.....but other than that, I like almost any show I watch. 3nodding

I've read all the posts, and I must say, I laughed, I gagged, I was offended a little when a pairing I liked was bashed, and I was traumatized to learn about a Bible section on Fanfiction. The thought of it NEVER came to my head. But there are some....I just shudder at the thought of.
From Yu-Gi-Oh! There are some pairings I will probably support for as long as I like yaoi (puzzleshipping!) but there are some....I just frown and decide that the person was high. Mokuba with anyone other then Noah just....wrong. Very, very wrong in my book.
What also slightly scarred me, I was looking through photobucket at Pokemon pictures and some pictures popped up that ruined my childhood. Go look at Asol's album on photobucket, if you dare. You cannot unsee some of the stuff in there. And a fic in the SuperSmash Bros. Section. I was innocently looking for a fic with Lucario in it and I stumbled upon an M rated one. My curiosity got the better of me, so I read it. It was LucarioXLucario, the SAME Lucario and I jut exited it out and stayed away from FF.Net for awhile.
KirXJing...just, no. Thats wrong, and I've seen some M-rated fics for them. Jing belongs to Postino! (Do not ask why, but ever since I was this picture of Postino carrying away a blushing Jing, the pairing hasnt gone away)
Another one, Kon and Ichigo. Kon is a doll......and if he's in anyones body, he's in Ichigo's which leads me to believe that Ichigo is sleeping with himself (Except when its Hichigo, I dont care then sweatdrop )
I could go on.....but after all this I really want to read some fanfiction that wont burn my eyes and take years off of my life.

But I think the one thing that really caught me off guard was Transformers yaoi......are girls REALLY that desperate for guyxguy action that they would settle for robots?? Yah....what the hell??

I used to be entirely disgusted by incest, but now I'm a bit more okay with it... I'm not ALL about it though... The concept of family members having intercourse does hurt my brain, but I guess it depends? I mean, the only incest I seem to be okay with is SasuxIta, which still disgusts me.

The type of yaoi that shouldn't exist, in my opinion, is the kind created by fans who insist that their pairing is canonical. Nothing is better than it. They can come up with every itty bitty tiny detail to shove in your face and say "HAH! See? Right there, they're so gay".
Excuse me? If the creator had wanted that pairing to be canonical, he or she would have come out and done it. Sometimes they want pairings to be subtle.
And sometimes, the characters are completely heterosexual. I can't stand people who hate a female character just because they ship a homosexual one, and insist that it's the true pairing. It's asinine, it's inane, it's sheer stupidity. Not only is that the type of yaoi I turn to hating, it's my biggest pet peeve, and the most "otaku" thing to do.
Honestly. You can slash and pair who you want, just respect other people's ideas of who to slash, as well as the original pairs. And "otaku" is not a good thing to be called, by the by. It's a horrendous insult in Japan; but not many people know that do they?
While I think shota and lolicon are absolutely disgusting, I can't help but like "Kodomo no Jikan" in an avant-garde sort of way.

I mean, if you have to refer yourself as something like that, at least make it "Fujoshi" (or Fudanshi, if you're a boy). It's way cooler.

Also, Sanzo/Goku from Saiyuki. I've never understood that pairing.
