spaceKiery was nervous as she made it out onto the pitch. The last game had drug on forever, to the point that she started going cross-eyed just thinking about it. She'd done her best to try and encourage her players, but she didn't think any of them were buying it. She wasn't cut out for this captaining stuff, that was for sure. At least it was her last year; Maisie would hopefully do better next year. She started her stretches, hoping that, if nothing else, this game went a little faster.

spaceCharley followed her captain out onto the pitch, jaw set. Last game had been... rough, to say the least. This time around, Charley was determined to make it as easy as possible. Specifically for Nico, who had struggled a lot last go around. Whitney was an older, more experienced seeker, and he'd won their match up last year. So he was obviously a pretty big threat. Charley had her fingers crossed that she could put him out of commission, or at least bang him up enough that he couldn't see straight enough to catch the snitch. Maybe she should aim for the shoulders and arms.

He'd beaten Nico the year before, after all, and the kid didn't seem to have improved too much since then. Ravenclaw versus Hufflepuff had been... well. It'd been something, to say the least. Whit certainly hoped this game didn't go that long; he might fall off his broom.

spaceAndi was actually more excited for this game than she was for most. Namely because James was watching. He'd missed the game against Gryffindor, unfortunately, because she would've loved for him to see Jack play, too. But he'd made it to this one to watch her play, so that was exciting! She was looking forward to it. Plus he'd managed to drag Vince along. She'd never admit it, but it meant a lot to her that her brother had come to watch her play. She just wished it were possible for Duane to do the same. Oh, well.

Giving a few light stretches she got her head in the game and prepared for the second game for Ravenclaw of the season.
