Malik smiled and helped him up bringing him over to the couch and lieing him down. "Deal....rest now...no more drinking for you." he said laughing softly.

Yami sat down right there in the hallway, leaning against the wall. "I won't," he murmured, hugging his hikari close. "You don't have to do anything, Yugi. I'm your dark. I'm supposed to care for you, and to help protect you." His eyes took on a faraway look. "That's why it hurts me so much when you say that you don't need me any more..."
He looked around. "Feel like watching me beat up Marik for setting one of his specters on you?" he joked.
((Bwah...you are my savior, legato_darkfall! Finally, the main plot comes to light--and I didn't even have to do it! *tackle-glomps* You rule!))

Yugi looked at him and shook his head softly. "No, I just want you to hold me Yami." He said softly as he wraped his arms more tightly around his Yami, his heart still pounding madly. He looked at Yami as he blinked a few times. "He could talk with me like you do Yami." He said softly as he stood on his tip toes and kissed him sweetly. "I'm so sorry Yami...I was wrong, I do need you...I guess...I always have." He said softly, as he snuggled into his chest. (( *chu* ))

Malik sat down and seemed to be deep in thought. "Well...hopefully now you won't have to hurt people anymore ok..I won't ask that of you..." he said softly as he leaned back and stared at the ceiling.

"um so what do we do now..." he said scratching his head giving a light yawn... He gently leaned his head on ryou's shoulder gently nuzzeling it. " you'er soft..." he said with a light grin.

Yami blinked, blushing a little, but he continued to hold Yugi. "I'll hold you, then," he said softly. "And when you feel better, we'll see how Kaiba is--and then kick Marik's butt. How 'bout it?"

"What ever you want Yami." he said softly as he smiled, his eyes closing as he lay on his spirit's chest. "...I feel so bad for what I said...you...you forgive me right?" He asked as he looked up at his dark, his eyes slowly dring from the tears.

Marik shot up into a seated postion with a stunned look on his face. "Nahya....merf...huh!?" he stammered out, at a total lose as a red tint crossed his face.

Malik grinned a pulled his darker half closer to him kissing him on the lips. "What did I surprise you? I care for my darker side..and for Bakura and for Ryou so it only makes sense we should all take care of each other right?"
