I have been in such a ******** bad place in my head lately. I don't know why. /: Been thinking deep dark things that I don't feel like discussing. Whatever, it'll get better.
Started drinking caffeine again as of like, Monday. Noticed involuntary twitching in my left eye lately and often. Likely related. Weight is lower though so IDGAF.
I'll try to do insanity or P90X tomorrow. We'll see.
I'm really frustrated at life and I feel like I don't have an outlet. I don't even know why.

My grandma thinks the bf is hot. ROFL. <33 I guess yesterday was a success, she kept telling me how nice all three guys were and how cute the bf was.
So even though she's the devil, if he can make her happy I'm sure he was a hit with mom and HER bf, too. They're hard to please, though and I think mom was a little skeptical. The three just came over as friends, we'll work up to dating later. ha.

In other news, it's day 30. I see results. Holy hell, do I see results. Not huge ones, but it's only been 30 days. Let me know if you guys can see differences, and what you think. I can provide bigger pics if need be, 'cause you can see definition in my midsection. WHAT.

Supposed to start phase 2 but I haven't done anything yet, eep.
Going to do phase 1 arms again because it's like 9pm and I don't want to learn new moves right now. /;
So I'm going to do shoulders & arms + ab ripper now.

7;00 - wake up for 15 min, dress
7;15 - cardio x (45:00)
8;00 - breakfast: egg beaters + grapes + water!
8;15 - shower
8;45 - hair
9;00 - leave for walmart: get cassette-to-ipod converter
9;45 - arrive @ bf
10-1;30 - ???

3;00 - class
4;30 - back to bf? idk.

jhskjhfdslkajhf. I need to be more sure of myself. He keeps telling me to stop apologizing for things because I really do apologize for like, everything. And it's half-habit, I really can't help it. I'll say things like, "Sorry I couldn't find what we needed." and I understand it's frustrating for me to apologize all of the time. /; So I need to work on that.

Thanks, I feel like I've come a long way from where I was when I made the journal in January. I should have started P90/P90X sooner, it's made the difference really. D: But even walking, which I started in June, really started the body shaping (I have only lost about 10 lbs but I've totally changed the way my body looks and it feels good). 2 more months to go!

My butt! I noticed it too! ahaha. That's what I'm actually most excited about. x) <3 It's the Kenpo, kicking forward and back and using the range of motion. My butt's gotten a total lift from it. o: It's killer for the shoulders, too. <33

I'm so sorry I've been so lazy guys. D: I haven't updated at all because I haven't worked out at all... I'm sure I've gained some weight, I've been on my period, and everything's just sucked. D:< So no more being lazy, I got back up on the horse (I don't know why I use this expression so much, maybe 'cause I ride? idk) and did not only Kenpo, but Kenpo Cardio X Plus. Why? Because it was 20 minutes shorter. But it was CONSTANT cardio holy jeez. LOVED IT. Tomorrow is a scheduled rest day, but I'll do Core Syn and save my rest day for later. I'm going to try to do X Stretch instead of Yoga X (and always skipping it).

I was in a really good mood this morning when I finished P90X (did it from 7:30-8:30) and went to teach, and I don't even know what happened. I just kind of crashed and ended up being a little short with the bf and it wasn't intentional or anything, I feel bad now. Oh well.
I'm really trying to sort myself out lately. Bleh. Money's short and that doesn't help anything. I'm just being overly sensitive about everything today and I really shouldn't be.
I over-ate at dinner but I was starving and did a lot of work today. I definitely feel better when I have smaller meals.
Tomorrow I'll have grapes for breakfast, do Cardio X before riding, and be good to go. Long, long, long day tomorrow.

INSANITY BEGINS TOMORROW

I left on a bad note, sorry about that.
Needed some time to clear my head, been in a bad place.
Is it better? Not really. Is it going to be? Who knows. All I know is that I'm going to be too [expletive!] tired to care starting tomorrow.

Diet Changes:
-- Meals at 9, 11, 1, 3, 5. 1,200-1,500 calories per day.
-- 240-300 cals per meal.
-- Fresh or frozen produce as much as possible.
-- No more soda/carbonation/caffeine.

In other news, I feel terribly fat, I've stopped eating right and stopped exercising for a week. It's terrible and I don't recommend it.

I'm frustrated because the bf is so social and makes plans all the time. I shouldn't be, but it's the only day off I'll have for quite some time and he's off at the beach for the entire day.

I'll just savor the 'me time' I guess, I'm not clingy I just don't know if I like the company he keeps. Meh.

This is also day 3 of no-soda. I'm kind of cheating and drinking diet tea, but at least it isn't carbonated.
I just noticed a moment ago, too, that my cellulite is almost completely gone. Success!


I HAVE GOT TO BUCKLE DOWN ON MY EATING. This is getting ridiculous. New plan of action: 1,400/day.

Breakfast:
Oatmeal (130) + Eggbeaters (60) = 190
Snack:
Slimfast shake (190) = 190 [380]
Lunch:
