hey peeps. I've moved.... and I'm still unpacking. couldn't find my keyboard and mouse... had to go buy new ones. I've upgraded to highspeed internet... however, my pc isn't up to it. so I have like 15 minutes at a whack to be online. Aint technology grand!. rolleyes but, I'll have a new pc soon. And it's great to see the guilds back up! I missed prowling around here.

Hey all. I'd have posted earlier, but the nursing home nurses mixed up my meds and I spent the last two weeks singing the score of Evita while wrapped in an old bathtowel. An improvement over my usual condition I'll grant you, and critical reviews were generally favorable (although the Kauai Times called my voice "timorous" and my knees " a peculiar mix of lumpy potatoes and tapioca." )

So that's what all the noise was. I thought someone was torturing a stray young'un with the old blackboard and chalk trick!
Like Cosmic I'm (hopefully) back after having evacuated Rita, and then moving apartments, and having problems with my log on. Up to my eyes in boxes, but finally found my PC and keyboard, and some stray floor space to put them up in.
Looks like it's been fun here, new toys to play with, and a whole new town feature to try to figure out. Wheee! How is everyone doing?
