hmm this spell seems interesting it says something about making lightning i have not seen one like this before it also says that i can chage the color of normal lightning im going to attempt it"
*says a bunch of words that only i can understand not like any one is near me to hear them anyways*
...
dang that didnt work at all maybe i should try again but first i will go see whats going on in the great hall
*gets up and heads to the great hall for some lunch*

*Seeing that James was leaving, Summer grabbed Sam's arm by the wrist and pulled her to a stop.*

Sam, he is leaving, can we stop, like, rushing, now?

*Summer jokingly questioned.*  

[cocosam]

"Yeah, we can." I said. "Oh look! A hare bell!" Sam kneels to the ground and picks the little hare bell. "I love hare bells!"

*Summer scratches her head.*

A hare bell? sweatdrop  

[cocosam]

"It's a flower. They grow everywhere in Scotland...where my grandmother lives. Actually....I'm going there this summer too...to um..." Sam scratched her head trying to explain what she was saying.

*Summer said, urging her friend on*

"Oh well, my grandmother isn't doing to well...and she's kinda related to the..er.." Sam thought more about how word it.

*returns to the tree after a nice big lunch*

*opens book*
*says some things in elven while doing some complicated wand movements*
"dam thats twice this spell has failed me what am i dong wrong i followed what the book said to do i said the words correctly but still nothing happens grrr this spell is annoying
ill try again after i do some thing else
*pulls out a lute and begins to play *

Sam, just spit it out. We are technically family, and family should not keep secrets! haha

"My mother is the queen of Scotland." Sam then sniffs the hare bells more.

"ok lets see i have played the lute enought o relax me so i should be able to cast this spell " james says to himself
tries for the third time to cast the lightning spell
*says some elven stuffs and does the wand movements*
grrr why isnt my spell working im getting tired of this spell
im going to look for a better spell
*flips some pages of the book*

*Summer looks shocked for a minute, then decides to change subjects. Sniffing the hare bell she turns and see James on the field.She giggles.*

Sam, I think James is having trouble with his elven spells.  

[cocosam]

"James, shouldn't you wait and try some a little at a time? If you shoot too many complex spells at once you could be drained of your power for at least a week."

She's right you know. You lose energy quite quickly with your experimental spells...

"And then you'll miss classes for a whole week. Just sitting in the infirmary."
