Um... never been in a flashback that overwhelmed my ability to live in the present day... confused

41- Favourite memory from 2018?
Um... probably something at a convention I attended.

42- Do you have any regrets about this year?
Year's only half way over. No regrets right now.

43- What's your New Years resolution?
Take a vacation. xd I never actually took any time off last year. Not that there was really anything I could do because of the pandemic stuff going on.

44- Most important life lesson learnt this year?
It's okay to do something for the betterment of yourself and not feel guilty on how it'll affect others. Essentially leaving the movie theater has been the best, long-overdue decision I've ever done; the pandemic just helped cut away the guilty strings (or maybe they were more like chains in my mind) that had been keeping me from leaving before.

45- Whats your biggest accomplishment this year?
Leaving the movie theater. Technically I put in my resignation back in November... but whatever.

Oh, and transferring a rose bush with no prior experience and not killing it. I'm so happy about that and can't wait to see what color of roses it'll put off now it has the chance to grow and not be overcrowded by the other rose bush.

It's so annoying when the printer decides to act up right when I need it, especially when just a few minutes prior it was working just fine.

Resident had returned from church and wanted me to print off the church's bulletin. Just 5-10 minutes prior I had been printing forms off to replace the old versions. But what do you know... our printer decided to go into "offline" mode... and it took forever to get it to switch back on. stressed

I had dinner with my parents yesterday. Ate a bit too much food I almost felt sick... but once I could relax afterwards I felt better.

Then I watched the Vox Machina vs. Mighty Nein battle royale one-shot. Such a great game!

My Mom was talking to me about how one of my friends has traveled down and is in the area, and inquired if we had plans to meet up. I told her there were none established at this time and was leaving it up to my friend to contact me for getting together. Mom was like "You should let her know you're interested". I just think that's rude to essentially force myself onto my friend for setting something up. I don't know what her plans are for this trip and whether she's got a specific schedule set up to do certain things. Or if she is strictly visiting with family and not friends. My friend has always been good in the past for contacting me for getting together. So, I'm respecting her time here and letting her reach out, if she so chooses.
